Horrible hotel, full of crack heads. Dirty, hard beds. The owners are Indian, they asked for a $100 cash deposit, gave us issues checking out they did not want to return my deposit because i checked out earlier than my second reservation. DO NOT STAY HERE WITH KIDS. ROOM WAS DIRTY AND IT EVEN HAD TAGGING ON THE WALLS

Almost perfect 🙉
We had breakfast buffet for 4 days we were staying. The food was not fancy, reasonably good, except the cut cantaloupe, it was going bad with funny smell, so I let the serving staff know, the 2nd day, again, the cantaloupe was not fresh. I've let the staff know, but they still had the cantaloupe out. Otherwise, the consierge service was good. It was quiet.

The room is a reasonable size, not too small, in HK standards. It is reasonably well equipped though outdated and require some freshening up. The obvious entrance is a bit awkward, having to go up some escalators which was difficult with suitcases. I was helped with the suitcases almost immediately though. It was after I stayed there for a day that I found out that I could use an obscure lift to the side of the main entrance.

Nice place to stay.
Good hotel, a bit old but convenient location to MTR and airport bus. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rate is a bargain. My only complaint is that I didn’t know there is no heater in the room during a chilly period in Hong Kong and no bedside outlets to keep my phone charged. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

The staff are very helpful and cheerful. Stayed here many times in recent years. However, the basic facilities appears not to be standard across all rooms. This February stay, I was assigned a room with no USB plug-in facility provided as in my previous stays! A USB plug was provided after I contacted front desk.
