The Family Quad room was perfect for my family of 4. Pleasant and comfortable stay, English speaking friendly staff, excellent customer service, extremely convenient location on HK Island with access to bus stops right outside the hotel entrance and 5 min walk to MTR. Many convenience stores, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, bakeries etc. nearby and laundromats as well. Only 10-15 mins by taxi from HK station and the Airport Express train. This was my second stay and I would recommend and stay again next visit.

Good location, shame about everything else

I went for a larger room with tables and chairs since I had to setup a new computer with my technically competent son. The room was fine and came with a complimentary min-bar, breakfast and a couple of free coffee coupons. Breakfast was extremely limited, as were the staff there...just one. I walked out after a sip of the coffee, and went to a cafe nearby. The coffee machine was no better. I returned all the coupons. Mini-bar very limited. Hotel is primarily focused on Mainland Chinese visitors so the TV setup was no good for English speakers. Very good location but bring your own entertainment and eat out. The mini bar, although free, was also boring and I got minimal value from that.
