The compact Queen room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was impeccably clean. However, the drain in the floor of the bathroom was emitting a disgusting drain smell which made the whole room smell. The grate over it became loose as well. there was drain water visible through the grate.

Reception staff not present when we arrived for check in. When they turned up housekeeping staff joined them and stood behind the counter yawning while we were checked in. Room is very tired, needs a lot of tlc and repairs. Dead insects and dust on our bedside table

Convenient very clean and pleasant staff.Would have given 5 stars but our 1 br apartment number 20 was not suitable for 2people over 5 days.It had a small separate kitchenette with 2 stools on a bench facing a blank wall. The tvwas in the bedroom with one desk chair so you could ony watch tv by sitting on the bed.The photos of the 1br room showed a different 1br apartment with a small table and 2 chairs which would have been great.As our group had seven rooms booked some had this configuration. We may stay again but not in room 20
