We stayed here in order to be close to the airport for an early flight. It was fine and exactly what I expected it to be. The breakfast was good. The parking fee was annoying and how it worked was slightly confusing. It's a clean facility with a bar and restaurant that were both open late. Our bathroom sliding door was inoperable, but we were only staying overnight.

The airport shuttle to the closest subway station (Wood Island) was very helpful. It allowed us to easily visit historic Boston. We used it several times and the drivers were always friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, and the staff was helpful however the carpeting and cushions in the restaurant area were covered with stains and although clean, looked very dirty. The breakfast was satisfactory. I would stay at hotel again when visiting Boston by plane.

Room adequate for our needs and quite large. Hotel did acknowledge my request for a quiet room away from traffic noise at the rear of the hotel which turned out to be very quiet. I imagine rooms on the front may have an issue with traffic noise as it is facing a busy road. Breakfast good. Did not use shuttle as we were told that it was first come first served and as we had an early flight decided to use uber instead. Overall happy with our stay.

On the whole everything was fine. But somebody else was given the same room after I settled into it. Fortunately I was still presentable when they entered. We sorted it out by going down to the front desk together - but it was unsettling. Side note: It is possible that the problem was a glitch in the hotel's computer system rather than a mistake made by the front desk staff.
