Everything was great, besides me calling the front desk at 5am to ask what time the shuttle departed and showed up downstairs at 5:31 with the lady at the front telling me the bus already left. Knowing we were taking it, would have been nice for her to mention to the driver we were heading down. Our family to spend money on 2 different Ubers because we weren’t on the same flight.

The website says airport shuttle available., and even though I communicated to Doubletree I would be arriving late they had no shuttle service. I understand not having 24hour service but not communicating with a customer is beyond me. Also, a double bed is not a queen bed. I requested two queens and got two doubles.

Property right next door to FBI! Walkable, clean lobby. Rooms need a little more maintenance but overall very decent. Has frig and microwave. Restroom big..Breakfast was delicious. Convenient shuttle but front desk not too welcoming

The room we stayed in was dirty. It was apparent there was a leak in the bathroom which was poorly fixed. The bathtub had a permanent stain on what looks like a bath mat used to be. I was highly disappointed considering it was. Double Tree Hotel.

The hallway on the 6th floor smelled toxic even though you didn’t smell the odor while in the room. After the first night, the body soap container was empty and I had another nights stay to go. Thank goodness I always pack my own body soap.

Had a great experience with most of the staff. There was an older gentleman who was not friendly but not rude. Didn’t seem welcoming. The room was great. Although one bed sheet had a tiny stain on it. We just removed the sheet and used the others.

Comfortable but dated

Comfortable but dated and very limited food options - adequate but expensive for what they were. Airport shuttle a bit chaotic - most places taken up by aircrew leaving guests to wait for later shuttle. Staff are welcoming and helpful

We loved having the rail close by and being able to hop on it to head into Salem or Boston. We also enjoyed the food and drinks at the bar.

Did not see airport shuttle from the airport, so took a taxi. Shuttle to the airport was good.
