We liked that it came with breakfast and there was an airport shuttle for pick up and drop off. Staff was friendly and answered all our questions. Rooms were clean. It had a small fridge and microwave, which was a plus. Only approx. 7 minute walk to the "T" and about 6 stops away from the aquarium and other downtown sites. There's a shopping area with Target within walking distance of the hotel. Also there was a arepa foodtruck in the parking lot of the liquor store down the street which we enjoyed.

We requested an early check-in and we never heard back. So, we just assumed we had an early check-in and we went early to find out we would have to wait 4 hours to check-in still. Another complaint was that their breakfast was not the greatest compared to their other locations around the states.

Very nice hotel with convenient airport shuttle. Room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff very attentive. Dinner choices were limited but good. The only downside was the mattress on the bed needed to be replaced, but since I was alone sleeping in the middle of the bed worked out fine. Yes, I’d stay there again.

We booked this hotel because we had tickets to a show at the Stage at Suffolk Downs. It was perfect for this- walkable to the venue. No complaints about the hotel at all. However, I wasn’t thrilled with the $30 charge to park in the hotel parking lot. I understand this charge when you are right in the city (and usually it is associated with underground or valet parking). But this is not the case with this hotel- this was self parking in a suburban area (it is across from a shopping plaza).

Our room was clean. Beds and pilows comfortable. Staff was very friendly. However, our room was not made up the second day we were there. We asked a guy making up the room across our hall but no english. Also there was no hand mirror available to be able to see if your hair is ok in the back. Room was small and we noticed that there was a $30.00 per night charge to park your car. Kind of steep when you pay almost $250.00 per night for a room. Food wasnt very good. Recommend going elsewhere to eat. A real plus for us was the free self service laundry. Very nice addition.

Thank you Home 2 Suites this location get's a high mark. The front desk staff were very nice and even gave me 2 waters and some mixed nuts and candy. We paid for parking that was in a safe spot across from hotel. Our room was very nice and breakfast was delicious. This hotel is very close to JFK Library we visited and left our car and took a Lyft to Boston Red Sox game. Not far from Airport.
