As others have noted there’s not much to eat around here. Delivery from local joints look good, but close down by 10:30 pm. Domino’s delivers til 2 am. If you’re coming in late without a car, those are your options for anything beyond chips from the lobby.

Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating (grabbed me an apple when I asked for something fresh), and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety and the coffee was delicious. My only snark would be that there were no instructions on where to catch the shuttle until we called from the Boston terminal - would have liked to have that info ahead of time. That said, the shuttle back to the airport was on time and quick. We'd stay here again.

Confusion around shuttle is our only complaint. We were told that it did not run until 6am. The listing says it starts at 4am. We came down early so we made sure we were on the 6 only to find a shuttle leaving at 5:30am. Worked out for us but caused us some grief. Also, the driver was very wreckless.

This place was so clean,bright. The rooms were perfect for the 1 night we stayed, had everything we needed. Quiet, staff were helpful. My husband never slept so good.

Staff was friendly but the room wasn't fully cleaned when we got there, food was awful, remote for TV was duct taped together, USB ports were broken. No nightstands on one side of the bed, and shower head reached my belly button.

Our first time at an AVID. We really liked it. Easy check-in, clean rooms with all the amenities in the rooms (shampoo, body wash, etc), and we loved the ALL-DAY beverage station so we could have coffee, tea, or water any time of day. A lot of higher end hotels don’t even offer that. For a hotel near the airport, with people waking up very early and arriving at all times of the day, the all-day coffee station is a great thing.

The evening shuttle driver was absolutely the best - very friendly and diligent in ensuring all passengers who had scheduled a pick-up were on board for the last shuttle of the night (at 11:30pm). If you were scheduled, he made sure you were found and on the shuttle - biggest thanks to Claudio!! The evening receptionist was also very friendly. I appreciated the offering of drinks/snacks for purchase and well-stocked grab-and-go breakfast (bagels, granola bars, muffins, etc)

The hotel was conveniently located and reasonably priced. Our a/c was noisy and our bathroom light would cut out if any hair appliance was used and would not come back on for 20 minutes. We alerted the front desk our first night, but nothing seemed to have been done.
