Curbside pickup late at night was excellent, check-in great. room spotless, but a little cramped between the bottom of the beds and the wall - hard to pass each other on the way to the bathroom. Door to room very heavy and you really had to be on your toes to turn the handle before it locked on you - almost instantaneously. Same with elevator closing - barely made it in before the doors closed. When not expecting it, couldn't get to the "open doors" button. Breakfast good. Checkout excellent and transport back excellent. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Our second time staying here and everything was great. Clean, fairly quiet, and friendly staff. Close to Logan and shuttle service offered. Parking was $15 for the night.

The staff were great. The complimentary breakfast each morning definitely made a great part of stay, and accessibility to and from the hotel. Clean room, with great housekeepers. Were referred to local eateries, and they did not disappoint. My first ever stay in this lovely state for the Spooky Season. Loved every minute!

The breakfast options were great. The staff was helpful. There's a good Mexican restaurant a short walk from the hotel. Loved the convenience of the airport shuttle. The room could use a little update. The USB outlets didn’t work in the furniture- which I needed because I had forgotten my outlet plug. Overpriced for what you get, but all around okay.

The 1st shift front desk clerk was rude and dismissive. The office center was "unavailable", since the Manager didn't understand how to CONNECT THE INTERNET on the computer!! The telephone # showed on the computer screen- yet she couldn't understand how to complete this. I WAS UNABLE TO PRINT BOARDING PASSES prior to airport arrival! My cousin had to BUY A PRINTER, HAVE IT SHIPPED TO HER SON and he had to print passes and WALK to AVID to give them to me!!! Ridiculous & unacceptable! The 1st shift "manager" a middle aged white woman with blond short hair and a BAD attitude - harassed my cousin staying here- about her dog also! My cousin has been staying here the last 3 weeks! SO Unprofessional! GREAT WAY TO LOSE REPEAT BUSINESS. There was a 2nd shift front desk clerk, BRUNA, who is bi-lingual, with long dark hair- who worked 3-11pm- that was friendly, professional, very attentive to the guests, as well as being bi-lingual! BRUNA was MUCH MORE accomodating! BRUNA should be manager over the older woman on the 1st shift. I have traveled extensively. Bruna would make a great General Manager. The 3rd shift woman CATHERINE or "Cathy" was great too. I was just not awake most of her shift. With the doors being locked at 11pm- there were no issues I noticed. Thank you. Kelly Walsh
