The convenience and location was epic. Couldn't have picked it better for our needs. The staff was over the top friendly and eager to help every, single day. Any questions, they could answer and offered suggestions that enhanced our stay. The shuttle to the airport & subway was the best for us, as it was our first experience in Boston. We will stay here again!!

Excellent place to stay. The neighborhood feels not safe. But if you have a rental car or ask uber is excellent comparing price and how close is to the city attractions.

Easy 7min drive from the airport but area around the hotel was very noisy with cars honking their horns even late at night. Hotel was clean and up to date but breakfast was rhe same every morning.

Comfortable, But…

Thw room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. AC worked quietly. Coffee was stocked wih my choice of Keurig cups. Disappointed to not find USB charger plugs in the room or lobby. The toilet ran every 20-30 minutes due to a worn out flapper in the tank. I turned off the water supply to stop it. The toilet paper rack had been partially pulled from the wall. These little things downgraded the experience a bit.

Great staff but extreme road noise

Great staff, very helpful. However, if you want to have a good night sleep, this hotel should not be first choice. The hotel is at a junction with all the commercial trucks stop and accelerate starting at 4am. Beyond noise, even the hotel trembles.

Room was not available when we tried to check in at 5:30 pm. Reserved and prepaid for a 1 bedroom. Was told there was a “maintenance issue”. We could wait 30-45 minutes while housekeeping cleaned it or take a much smaller room with Mariott points - which I don’t use. Opted to wait. Waited over an hour in the reception area. Couple apparently kept the room late - we were told they were Mariott members so they qualified for late checkout at 4:00 pm. But WHY allow someone to checkout at 4:00 pm when check in for that room is 4:00 pm? Does not make sense to me. I don’t think the couple wanted to change rooms and hoped we would accept a small room. After over an hour we were able to get into the room - about 6:45 pm. Guy who had the room late came and knocked on our door at 9 PM. Said he left something in a kitchen drawer under utensils and wanted to get it back. I let him in to get it. He apologized for the room not being ready and said “I thought they would move our things.” What???? Soda bed is broken. Bottom feet would not straighten so daughter slept on incline. Room is VERY noisy. Bed not so comfortable. I usually love Mariott. Terrible disappointment here.

Lovely hotel, clean, nice staff, especially Gretchen at breakfast who worked on her own and did a great job, she made sure we had blueberry muffins and hugged us on our last day, a lovely person. Breakfast was good, I also enjoyed the pool every morning while my husband made use of the gym. Kitchen area in room, comfortable bed. Only issue we had was with the TV at night as it kept cutting out, an engineer came up on three different occasions, eventually fixed it by unplugging everything and switching it on again. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Karen.
