I can’t figure out all the negative reviews. Entering the lobby was welcoming and people in the lounge were having a lovely time eating and drinking. The staff was exceptionally friendly and informative - starting with the sweet shuttle driver who worked with my mobility issues to help me get into the bus! My room was fresh and spotless! The bed was very comfy. The shower felt hot and restorative. Continental breakfast was excellent. If you are looking for a boutique experience - book a boutique hotel. But if you want a budget friendly, reliable place to stay - this is IT!

It was probably the worst hotel we stayed in. We understand it's an airport hotel and didn't expect it to be 5 star but it wasn't cheap and I wouldn't give it 1 star. The room smelt...there were stains in the bath, the tap was coming out of the wall and to top it all breakfast was served in paper plates and plastic cutlery.

We only stayed one night to be close to the airport. The room was fine and seemed clean. Someone beside us in the next room was very loud and continued to slam the door. Our bed was very squeaky. You couldn't move much for making lots of noise. Checking out was easy and they had a nice breakfast

Hot tub not working, printer and computer in the business center broken, ice machine on our floor out of order, hallways need extreme cleaning. Staff very nice, shuttle was great, dropped us off and picked us up at the train station and to and from the airport.

I always stay here when flying in and out of Boston. Always friendly staff, dependable shuttle and on site small bar/restaurant. 24 hour coffee is good. One note is the gym facility is always hot and no ac! That’s my only issue.
