This place is slightly under Par for a Hampton. It's obvious that they stay pretty booked up. The free shuttle was excellent and the staff was friendly. The room was clean, but a bit worn. The breakfast was acceptable. I'd stay here again.

I didn't get any information after I checked in. Like where's elevator. What time does the restaurant open. What about the shuttle to the airport. The bartender was very lame. Quiet. No spunk to him. He might of left 3 or 4 times to go outside to smoke maybe. Woke up at 4:30am. Try to take a shower. Absolutely no hot water. I had it running for an hour. No hot water. Gave up. Did a mini sponge bath and got out of there as fast as I could. One of the worst hotels I've ever been at. Loud. Traffic in the halls all night long. Door slamming all night long. I will not go back.

Not a bad place to go and overnight when you have a long layover. The beds are comfortable, the pool is decent, you get a nice assortment of treats to eat, and breakfast is what you would expect. The shuttle is great to have but it is first come first serve so make sure you're there early. Just know that the hotel is away from everything. It's a 20 minute walk to the Target and about $45US to Uber into central Boston. You're on a freeway so it's a bit noisy as well. The hotel is showing its age as the carpets are well worn and the tile is chipped and cracked. The staff, however, are top notch and do everything they can to make your stay pleasant. I missed the two ladies' names at the front desk but they were knowledgeable about the area, friendly, and incredibly professional despite how busy they were. Their house cleaning staff were very friendly and gave each of my kids an extra treat to take on our flight. Would I stay here again in the future? Probably not because it is rather inconvenient to get anywhere. But I give credit to the staff here for making the stay pleasant and enjoyable for our family.

The room was very nice. The $30 parking is ridiculous. We returned our rental car early so we didn’t have to pay it. The breakfast was awesome but dinner at the restaurant was disappointing. The staff spent most of their time on their phones. Food was ok but plastic utensils?

We only stayed for one night, very convenient shuttle and close to Logan Airport! We left hours before breakfast so I can’t comment on that, but our waitress (I believe her name was Lisa please forgive me if that’s incorrect) was incredible for our dinner the night before! The room was spotless. I would stay longer if I needed to! 10/10.
