Wonderful in every way! I'd unreservedly recommend this hotel for anyone needing a perfectly clean and comfortable sleep in this area. The thoughtful little customer service details put it over the top. Extra props to Mark and Biddya at Reception!

My check in experience wasn't the best as I was checked in with the wrong name. I told the receptionist and showed her my receipt. I corrected the registration form but it wasn't corrected on the hotel system. When I went to the restaurant for dinner, my name was incorrect. I told the waiter again. It wasn't until the last night that I finally managed to have the registration corrected. There was no TV for the first day and night too. I didn't get an answer to my question as to why. The receptionist on the last night told me what the problem was. Also on Sunday morning, the power went off. I didn't report it to reception as it was only off for about 15 minutes. Once everything was working, the hotel was fine.

"The view was amazing, the room was pretty spacious. Shower was great and there were travel adapters in the drawers which was helpful since we forgot ours. While the breakfast buffet was a little expensive, it had every type of breakfast food you could want."
