A great property let down by attention to detail with regard to housekeeping/ maintenance. Balcony door did not lock, dishwasher did not close & ironing board unusable.

Great views from the 20th floor, pretty good location, staff were very good. But the room was dirty and had very ordinary furniture. Outdoor furniture looked like it belongs in the tip. Couches not much better and the fridge and bathroom were filthy. Dining chairs were cheap plastic outdoor chairs and the bed was poor quality. Room 107.

The room wasnt that clean, we killeed several cockroaches over the 3 days there, the bathroom stank, and mould in the grout, disnt appreciate the constant messaging from them like removal all rubbish from the room or be hit with a cleaning bill, then next day return the keys of pay $50, we know to leave the keys 🔑

We stayed at Synergy Broadbeach for 5 nights as a family. The location is good — walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants — and the jacuzzi was a great!. The staff were very friendly and welcoming overall. That said, the apartment was very small with an awkward layout that didn’t work well for a family. It felt cramped and not well thought-out. Also, after 4 days we asked for an extra shower gel and were told we’d have to pay for it — which felt a bit stingy considering the length of our stay. Overall, a mixed experience. Great location and amenities, but the apartment design and a few minor service details could be improved. Nice but not impressive

The spa and pool were fabulous! The apartment didn’t have an iron/ironing board/hairdryer in the apartment. The staff member immediately got us these items without any trouble. She was only too happy to help. Overall our stay at Synergy was fantastic!

Great stay at Synergy. Apartments were clean, a good size quiet and had all amenities we needed .A great magnesium pool , heated spa and lovely outdoor area. Close to broadbeach dining and just a short walk to light rail.We would definitely stay again
