Bit disappointed with the stay. Wasnt informed about the pool not being operational certain time of the morning. We had crocaraches crawling on the main bed and all over the floors especially at night. Living room and main ensuite. Too much noise from the surroundings especially early morning. Wont back come again.

Lovely views of Broadbeach and the Main Street of restaurants from superior ocean view apartment on the 15th floor. We were amazed at the huge windows from the lounge and bedrooms in which we could see right past Surfers Paradise. I loved lying in bed in the morning and watching the waves roll in from the ocean. Found the entrance area tricky to negotiate with my car as there was very little room to park in the turning bay in order pick up the keys initially. Once we had the fob key which opened the garage, there were no further issues. Great heated pool and spa ideal for our Winter getaway. Overall a lovely place to stay.

My sunglasses went missing from the room which was entered without my consent. I find it rude to have belongings go missing even if they are replaceable. The same thing happened at the Hilton it saddens and disturbs me that hotels.com would have such a reputable name yet hotel staff would tarnish the business with such an inncedent.

Pros = Excellent views, easily accessible via Airtrain from Brisbane and then the G Tram, excellent sized spacious apartment, very handy to street dining areas, supermarkets and shopping etc. Cons = Dated room interior, very worn-out, tired couch furniture which wasn't particularly clean. Unit was definitely in need of refurbishment after 10 year's of rental use. On windy days being up on the 13th floor the wind literally whistles through the entrance door, needed to put a towel at the bottom of the door to stop the noise! Would stay again as the pros for us outweigh the cons.

Very annoyed in terms of receiving messages of how I need to make myself available in their office hours to provide ID documentation and credit card.I have to come out of my course to fulfill that otherwise I would be locked out.Also a number of reminders telling me that I would be charged extra if I don’t clean up the dishes or throw the rubbish away.It wasn’t like I was attending a course or having a holiday.

I was so pleased with my last minute booking. The area was perfect for the Blues On Broadbeach event. So close to so many stages, but far enough away to enjoy our peaceful room. Generous sized apartment's with large deck area. Staff were happy and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Comfort was minimal

I was disappointed that the advertised king bed in the master bedroom was actually 2 single beds put together. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and did not have a good sleep at all. On the 2nd night got up and slept on the lounge. Spoke to reception the next morning and they said bedding was done that way in case the requirement was 2 single beds. They sent housekeeping up and they had 2 put 2 mattress toppers on to try and make it more comfortable. It was better but not great. Also blinds in the main bedroom are broken and dont close properly, therefore too much light. Reception were very helpful but a week of sleeping in that bed was so uncomfortable. The lounge was very dirty and it seriously needs a good clean. The dryer did not have a setting knob control which i let reception know about when i checked out. The room on the 24th floor apartment 132 itself had a nice view but was definitely missing comfort.
