Every year I have a mum-staycation at a hotel in Broadbeach. This year I tried Synergy for the first time and I could have not been happier with my room and it's views! I had mountain and ocean views and the room felt very cozy. Sharon at reception was very friendly & helpful. The only downside was the pool did not get a lot of sun and it was very windy so decided to dip into the hot tub instead.

The location was great and perfect for our stay. Amazing views and walking distance to beach, tram and shops/restaurants. Good sized, clean apartment. Did get some noise from the road even on 24th floor! There were some minor maintenance issues, like repairing blinds and a loose door handle that would have made the apartment go from good to great!

Didn't like: Instructions for the internet are not correct. The fact that the beds only had a bottom and top sheet on them, no quilt/blankets. The apartment was very noisy all day and all night (to be expected being on the main road, but didn't expect so much noise, especially during the night). But mostly didn't like the fact that the maintenance man knocked on the door to fix the broken blind and as I was unpresentably dressed to answer the door, he unlocked the door and walked in anyway. Maybe a quick ring on the mobile to let me know he was coming to fix the blind next time.

Bit disappointed with the stay. Wasnt informed about the pool not being operational certain time of the morning. We had crocaraches crawling on the main bed and all over the floors especially at night. Living room and main ensuite. Too much noise from the surroundings especially early morning. Enjoyed our stay.close to great food, transport, supermarket, everything within walking distance. Close by is Pacific Fair, Casino, Convention centre. Free parking. The apartment was mostly clean, had a great Seaview and was very sunny in the mornings with breakfast on deck. I think it was a fair deal for the price paid. Would stay there again.
