Great place to stay with family. Gorgeous pool and bbq area. Walking distance to harbour town outlets and Woolworths. Need updated shower heads. One of our pillows had brown marks.

Lovely place to stay! Great amenities, nice view. Had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Walking distance to habour town was great for shopping and food! Would highly recommend and would stay again!!!!

The place was beautiful however there was no free to air channels and the internet was very poor. The maintenance person came out twice to try and fix the issue but couldn't so I'm pleased they tried, however it would have been nice if they did fix the TV

Room had several issues with remotes not working for the fans and lights. Several down lights not working. I had to replace the batteries in tv remote aswell. Tv only had channels through the apps no free to air which was very annoying. Good location though but not worth what they are charging.

Fantastic place - our modern 2bed 2bath Apt was enormous, very clean, well furnished with a large balcony and water views. The amenities and facilities were excellent, our kitchen had every convenience that you could wish for! The outdoor pool had a nice spa, sauna, jacuzzi and gym, our kids loved it! There were nice onsite BBQs and outdoor/indoor seating areas. Location was very convenient, next door to Harbour Town Retail outlets with plenty of restaurants & good food/eating options nearby. The staff were all very courteous and helpful and great communication, made us feel welcome, and our stay very relaxing and memorable. Great value - we'd love to come back again.

Easy check in and out. The apartment is tidy and clean. Everything is great except washing machine and dryer make such loud noises when in use. But would love to stay there again in the future. It is close to all the theme parks and shopping centres.

Location of apartments was terrific. So pleased we chose an apartment for our stay - we were able to have the fully equipped kitchen in the apartment at our disposal for cooking the fresh seafood picked up direct from the boats.

Apartment is super clean and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The shower cubicle could have extra space to store the shampoo and shower gel. Check-in happens at one building, but the actual accommodation is couple of blocks away!! Close to Coombabah conservation where we got the chance to see Kangaroos in the wild.

Air conditioning did not work. Our first night was unbearable—no one slept, including my toddler. We were moved to another apartment, but the AC was still ineffective. When we complained, we were told to leave with no refund. Unacceptable treatment, horrible experience! I do not recommend.

Accommodation was great , thank you . Only recommendation was the Aircon only worked at the entrance door area and first lot of bedrooms . It did not work or bairly worked in the living area and main bedroom .
