The property is not a new property and is described as an elegant comfortable family home. It is in a spectacular location and is priced according to the age and location. You can have newer homes in Sanctuary Cove, however they are priced at $700 to $800 per night. Our average rate is below $380 per night and is great value for the value of the property. Every body has a different perspective, as we have many regular guests who stay with us several times during the year. We note your comments on the cleaning, we will revisit the cleaning issue as our housekeeping work very hard to maintain the property to a high standard. We are sorry that you did not enjoy the stay.
