We're back and better than ever! You've had to put your vacation to Fort Myers Beach on hold, but we are ready for you now! No need to put your vacation off any longer. While our rental homes may look a little different and yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all of our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. This charming open concept home boasts vaulted ceilings, Prepare to be amazed! This high end 5 Br Luxury Vacation Home with ground floor entry off the private heated pool and spill over spa area. will be sure to "wow" you! The grand entry staircase takes you to the first floor where you will discover 3 large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath. The King Master has a walk in closet, sumptuous bath with soaker tub, large walk-in shower and double sink vanities. The second King Master also has an en-suite bath with walk-in shower. Both of these rooms feature French Doors to the front terrace. A Queen Bedroom, also with en-suite bath and the laundry room round out this floor. Up the gorgeous, cool, travertine staircase lies the great room with vaulted ceilings, fabulous over-sized kitchen and dining table that seats 10 with 4 more seats at the bar height counter. An 80" TV means you won't miss the big game from any angle and what a perfect setting for time in the shade or evening movie nights!

Sliding doors lead out to the covered terrace featuring a wet bar, dining table, conversation area and fabulous views of the Bay. Two more bedrooms are also on this floor: one with a Queen bed and the other with a full bed and twin bunk beds. A guest bath and half bath are adjacent.

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire when booking. Some units have age, size and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
