"Very pleasant motel, well located to transport."
We found the room to be very clean and well maintained. There was ample parking and a major tram route passes by the entrance. Well located being only a 15 minute drive from Melbourne Airport, close to Freeway and not far from a good shopping centre.

"Close to trams and restaurants"
We stayed here for 6 nights and it was more than comfortable. Annie was so helpful with local city information. Despite trams running past the property it was quiet. Comfy bed and pillows.

"Great Location"
I have stayed at Ashley gardens numerous times both in villas and on caravan sites. I have always found staff friendly and helpful. The park is well kept. It is convient to get to by car and having the bus stop out the front to travel into Melbourne makes it a very easy to get around. You don't have to worry about traffic and parking. There is a Woolworths next door for groceries and highpoint shopping centre is only minutes away. I would recommend the park.

"Honest place"
Stayed two nexts here whilst on business in the Footscray area. Room was tidy amd modern, bed was reasonable not the best but OK for 2 nights TV a bit small to watch from the bed with a few fox tel channels Bar fridge made a bit of noisy during the night. Small area to place your laptop and work for a few hours with a comfortable chair. Breakfast pack in fridge consisting of small corn flakes, orange juice and toast bread along with jam at $12 Bathroom modern with shower with water restrictor making for a slow shower. Shampoo/Conditioner in one on the wall. A bit rough on the hair but 2 nights OK A place to stay for a night or two to avoild staying in the city and going thru traffic. The price is OK 6/10
