We booked a double queen bed room weeks in advance of our stay, because we were travelling with our 2 kids. They didn’t tell us our room was no longer available until we got there to check in. They said they didn’t have any other rooms with 2 beds.
Since we had nowhere else to go, they put us in a smaller room with 1 king bed. We asked for roll out beds for the kids and it took them 4 ours and us going down to the front desk 2 times to get the beds in our room (which they expected us to put the sheets on the beds). After we got the beds in the room, we had little no space to move.
The room and bathroom roof had water stains. The bathroom had water leaks, the sink and shower were rusty, the tub was clogged and filled with water every time we showered.
We also wanted to take the kids to the pools. However, both the indoor and outdoor pool water was stagnant, and had garbage and food in the bottom. The water slide was also broken.
Hotel Management took no accountability or responsibility to what happened regarding them giving away our room, not providing a similar room, giving us a smaller room and taking 4 hours to provide us with enough beds. They didn’t answer our calls, or our booking support calls for 2 days. We didn’t receive a discount or any type of refund.
This experience was so bad, we will never stay at this hotel or any other Ramada again.
Please don’t waste your money. Find another hotel chain.
