Property is beautiful. Housekeeping staff are very nice. Check in was a nightmare- people randomly walk up to desks, rather than standing in line, and the staff doesn’t say anything. They don’t redirect them. The rewards desk is the same way. People who are not VIPs just jump lines and staff don’t care. Check in took at least 2x longer than it should’ve as a result. Same thing at the rewards desk. It’s like they are so afraid of getting a bad review or something that they just tolerate the free for all. On top of that, check in staff are not very friendly or welcoming. The woman I had was almost rude. And the 2 on either side, sounded very much the same. Probably from dealing with entitled and rude customers.
