I loved the proximity to the major attractions ,but the property is a bit dated,could definitely use some love,staff was a bit testy at times,the concierge was awesome, made some great suggestions on where to start even helped us book a tour on the Olde Town Trolley and tram ride at Arlington National Cemetery.

Beds too soft; not comfortable. 7 night stay they only gave us 3 breakfasts, otherwise it was $25 per person. No eating places around except their over priced restaurant, McDonald’s, and a Pizza place. There were food trucks everywhere. The food wasn’t great. The ice cream was good and is $10 each. Walkable to most places. There was parking. The parking, 1breakfast, 2meals at their restaurant was $500 with DC taxes. That doesn’t include room prices. There is laundry, we had to get quarters at the front desk and detergent as the machines were down but nice laundry area. TV has minimal channels that was important to us in the evenings it was news & sports mostly so that was a negative for us. Staff was nice, the snack area left a lot to be desired compared to most especially with limited food options close by.

Nice place to stay

The property was nice. Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly. We ate at the hotel restaurant/bar. The happy hour appetizers was a great deal. The only thing that was less than perfect was parking. $59 for a night of parking is a bit steep.

Everything was perfect until the check out , It was fairly early, 4 AM And i'm not sure if I woke them up or something but there was no one else in a lobby other than myself ,my son and two staff members . Person working the front desk was extremely rude, It felt like I'm getting kicked out of a hotel.Pretty much ruined really pleasant stay.
