I was there for the museums so mostly out until I came back to rest. Overall the room is clean and comfy. Great location, easy access to and from highway and walking distance to and from museums and subway station. Some quick bite restaurants and parking garage are right at the block. The restaurant at the hotel is very good too. I will come back to this hotel myself.

Resturant staff were rude and slow. The room smelt slightly damp, probably due to the bathroom vent not working. Sheets were old and had some tears. Hall carpets needed replacing badly!! Super close to Air and Space museum. Pool area was nice, gym well equipped.

Close to the Metro and "walking" distance to some Museums. All staff was very polite and helpful especially Tony who appeared to be working all areas of the hotel. They checked bags after check out which was very convenient!

It was great. Check in was easy, hotel/room was clean, had a starbucks in the lobby, water refill station, had some games and a little kid area, didnt use the pool so i cant speak on it but the fitness center was well equipped. Only thing was the elevators. They took forverrrr.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was great. We were able to walk to most places we wanted to see. It was quiet and we felt safe with our kids. There's a McDonalds down the street along with a pizza place that I liked. Safeway was a 15 minute walk. I would absolutley stay here again.
