Hotels with Restaurants in Ohio

Evening was great upon check in. The hotel provided everything that was listed except soundproofed rooms. We specially booked this hotel for that reason and were disappointed that was not what we received. We had an upstairs neighbor that made noise all through the night. When this was mentioned to the front desk, we were told that that it’s a tricky situation and the hotel was full. We will NOT rebook.

Would never book here again. The hotel was dirty! There was food and dirt all over the hotel floors that housekeeping repeatedly walked by and ignored. Our room had ants in it, the floors were dirty, the ac/heating unit smelled like it was burning so we were unable to use it the entire stay, the lights in the bathroom were blown out by the mirrors, our room was "cleaned" once in the 5 days we were there and that was just the beds being made. Our towels and washcloths were taken, not replaced, when we went to reception to get more the guy tried to negotiate with me on how many towels we could have like we could just share towels and washcloths. There was gum stuck under the nightstand. We complained to reception and she had attitude said she could move us to another room but we were afraid of what the new room would be like. Its clearly a poorly maintained hotel. If all the other hotels around us werent booked up (or had worse reveiws) for the festival happening, we would have left.

Clean room, decent beds. Bathrooms are getting old quickly. Breakfast buffet is the same continental breakfast you can get anywhere and costs 25 bucks, thats insane. Overall worth it, but nothing special
