There is no soap, shampoo and hand soap. When we asked the front desk, they said there are a lot of guests checking in (not sure if they realize that has nothing to do with basic amenities for every bathroom ). They never delivered anything we requested. Definitely not recommending this hotel ( and I might not consider Holiday Inn for my future stay anymore…very disappointed).
