The room was very nice, however it was only set up for 1 person for amenities. 1 wash cloth, 1 coffee pod. Check in was easy. Beautiful historic building in the middle of downtown Cincy. We enjoyed our stay. Good service, and friendly staff. Drawbacks - paid parking and no room service.

We appreciated the customer service. The new owner was a lovely man. Our room's heat did not work so they gave us a new room and a bag of some snacks and drinks.
