The staff was very arrogant and not helpful Because of this I will not stay at another plaza hotel . The valet who left us sitting in her vehicle for over an hour to the check-in to the ladies who serve you the breakfast, very arrogant. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

Very unclean. The couch has burn holes in it. The bathroom toilet wouldn't flush and the view was the trees in front of the hotel. I don't recommend this hotel. We only stayed the one night out of five nights.

They told us the air would be back on shortly. I had received an email at 9 AM that morning saying it was broke. And we could cancel but the problem was I didn’t get the email till 11 PM so he already knew the air was not coming back on. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and the TV had no sound.

The front desk staff was truly helpful when I arrived and had misbooked on the website. The experience was positive. The hotel itself was very nice and clean.

Staff was rude and not helpful at all They put us in multiple rooms and each room had no AC so after the third one I left and had to get another hotel room somewhere else with AC Which cost me even more money I won’t get back and I do want a refund working on that with Expedia at the moment and the rooms are not luxury at all tiles falling off on the ground and not cleaned very well at all. The restaurant there did have a good burger though I’ll atleast give them that much.

The hotel air was not working, the room was 81 degrees all night.There was also no cold water, it was all dangerously hot from the hot tap and comfortably warm from the cold tap. They offered us a fan after I asked if there was a room where the air was working. That is when I learned the air was out in the entire building. It made for an uncomfortable night for all of us. Which is unfortunate since we paid for a hotel with AC
