Nice hotel in a great location. Unfortunately, the music from the bar was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Went on until 2 am. I am a very sound sleeper so l imagine there were other complaints. Spoke to the manager in the morning and she made it sound that this is normal on Friday/Saturday. I wouldn’t recommend staying unless you know you going to late.

Didnt have much of a problem with the hotel. The layout of our room was weird, the desk and chair were right nxt to the balcony door, made it kind of acquired when using the balcony. Staff was super nice!!!!

My bathroom in my room was filthy. The toilet had not been cleaned properly and there was a weird brown substance (old coffee or urine, I couldn't tell which) all over the outside. I did not alert housekeeping bc I always bring Clorox wipes with me and I cleaned the toilet with those. There was a very noticeable bad smell upon entering the bathroom, which disappeared after I cleaned it myself. The first floor was always dirty with trash on the ground. I wouldn't stay here again unless they actually start cleaning.

The hotel was modern and different from other hotels. The environment was fun for a weekend away. Bar downstairs was overrun by college students at night in which some were definitely underage drinking as they were not carded. But overall the staff was friendly and the place was clean. Our room was small but it was just my husband and I, so it worked perfect.

Although the property was right in the heart of one of the most vibrant districts in Columbus the fact that they had a bar on both the penthouse level and the first floor level meant that the property was loud and overcrowded until approximately 2am. If you are on one of the upper floors the club music will keep you up until that time.

Very convenient location, super friendly staff, the room is very clean and modern if the facility is more basic essentials than fancy. One of the nights someone next door had their TV to the top volume and it woke me up, but the other nights were quiet and nice.

Hip urban hotel in the middle of a great area. Staff was helpful and friendly. Definitely a different vibe than your typical hotel. It's a good spot, especially if you're looking for lots of dining options in walking distance.

Had a great time at the Moxy. A couple of small things came up while I was staying there, but both were immediately addressed by the superb staff onsite. Only comment I would have is that I didn’t do my research and realize there’s a club/bar on the 10th floor. I was on the 9th, so got a bit of noise bleed from upstairs on Thursday and Friday night. So? Be aware that it’s up there. :)

Beware of Nightclub

Nice hotel. Annoying two key cards needed, one for the lift, and one for the room. BE WARNED! There is a nightclub on the top floor, floor 10. If you get a room on the 9th, or 8th floor, and you stay over Fri/Sat, you will not sleep till 3-4am when the club shuts. At night lobby full of drunk kids from the nightclub. Likely won't stay agin.
