Nice hotel - lacking customer service
The room was fine. The hotel was fine. However when we arrived there wasn't a hotel associate around. We waited for 10 minutes at the front desk and finally someone showed up. There was no apology or reason given. They just said "Hello, what can I do for you". I've gotten significantly better service from a $55.00 Knights Inn.

this was a very nice room and helpful staff. I would return anytime. I have paid a lot more for rooms that were not so nice. Clean room and everything as it should be, and we liked the breakfast. The only thing to mention was that the ceiling leaked in the shower, when the people above us took a shower the ceiling began to drip. I am figuring they will fix that.

The front desk staff was dressed in pajama pants. There was a lady there, management of some type, that was walking around with a shirt too short and showing her belly. While we were in the 1 working elevator with her, she was on her phone with a friend on speaker phone. Just unprofessional. None of our USB connections worked in our room, however, the room was clean and well put together

The font desk was rude to me. On the description they said the hotel have a business room for meeting when they don't have it. The place is unsafe, I was victim of vandalism, my car was parked just in front on the main entrance and the vandalism broken the window of my car and they don't provide me any assist just told me call the police.
