We checked into this Wyndham in Columbus late at night after a long day of travel, hoping for a decent night’s rest. What we got instead was one issue after another. The first room had no hot water, none. I called the front desk, and to their credit, someone met me quickly with keys to a new room. But when I opened the shower door in that room, I found it covered in hairs...very clearly not from someone’s head. I decided against the shower. By now it was past midnight. We tried to sleep, but the room was unbearably hot. The AC was broken, rattling but doing nothing. We barely slept, and by morning, we were done. I booked another hotel and we checked out immediately. The whole place felt like it had just changed ownership. It was worn down, dirty, and neglected. From the lack of hot water, to hygiene issues, to broken AC, it was a cascade of problems that left us exhausted and frustrated. Sadly, this experience has made me rethink staying at Wyndham properties altogether.

Thank you for all the beautiful and accommodating staff and patrons making me feel warm and welcome. The staff were really friendly. I appreciate my home away from home for a few days. Corporate Please consider NOT using this establishment as an event station for Private Swinging events. Families have enough to deal with in life and when those sort of events are held there… whether you want to admit it or NOT that type of encouragement sends the wrong messages to families… as even once those events are over and done the spirit of that remains in the home away from home and gives the devil a playground to play on… and as you KNOW that can destroy lives over time and cause a lot of pain. It also forces your staff to be exposed to things they should NOT have to be exposed to. Also, breakfast would be nice for all guests included or at least a reasonable price that families and business people can afford can afford for their stay… while making a profit for the company without gouging your patrons. I’ve seen how much waste has to be thrown out b//c of saferty of not being able to give away… so you might as well make sure people are eating it instead of wasting the extras b/c people don’t want to pay those prices for breakfast… esp. if you say you have breakfast please be transparent if it “available” then please give the details of that so patrons can plan accordingly:) The establishment was kept very clean and the rooms were comfortable and inviting. TU 4 UR consideration!❤️✝️

Did the early check in so i didnt have to check in at hotel. Went in and told them i checked in online and put my credit info in and it already had a hold on it. The guy at the front proceeds to tell me that i still have to do all of that. So whats the point of doing it ahead of time? Tried to charge me for the room again even though i already paid. I had to show him my receipt that i paid. What kind of customer service is that? Hot tub was out of order and pool was cloudy. Nothing was label well so it was very confusing find anything in the hotel or even how to get to our car. Had a poor experience and wont be booking at this hotel again.

First of all we wanted to stay there for the pool and the meals. And neither happen the pool and spa not working after we called before checking in. And no full breakfast on our days there which was Wed Thur Sat. And haven't gotten refund back of $100 for each room

If you are closing your pool you should notify guests so they do t show up with disappointed kids and when my door look jams and you don’t have any smart employees to fix it and I have to break in it myself with a butter knife I have a problem, bad service will never stay here again
