This hotel had rooms that were not very clean. There were stains on the bed, on the curtains and on the couch. We complained (they looked like they didn’t believe us) and they gave us a new room but unfortunately that room was also filled with the exact stains. I can only imagine the dark rugs in the room, that make it hard to see cleanliness. Make sure you check your bed for any stains before sleeping.

Don’t waste your money

Where to start, our room didn’t have hot water to shower the first night. The second night it lasted maybe a whole 7min. Then when we needed towels there was none available for two hrs because they were washing them which is fine I get it. But when we waited the two hrs and called down again for towels there were none. The pull out had peanuts underneath it from previous guess. The comforter had burn whole on the inside so you couldn’t see any of them on top but when you pulled the comforter up there they were and they were not small. When called down to the front guess what no other comforters were available. The staff was nice for all they could do at the time but it felt like everything we needed was not available or not in stock. I get it you get what you pay for but what we paid for it was not at all worth it. On sat there was about 20 ppl in the pool all night so when we went down Sunday morning to let the kids final get a swim before checking out the pool was closed and it would take a few hrs before it would be back open. Our kids didn’t get to swim all weekend. It was a hot mess of a stay and we will not be going back anytime soon.

The rooms were large and a good value for the price. The bed was comfortable as well. The bathroom had plenty of room, but the shower was just average. The staff was a little difficult to deal with because they were very hard to understand, and they could not understand us either.

Not Very Clean

The hallway and elevator smelled like weed and/or another terrible odor throughout our stay. The room was not very clean. The bedside table was full of dust. The carpet had a crusty stain on it, and there was a hair tie left behind on the floor near the toilet. The guy behind the front desk was helpful and we did appreciate the free shuttle to and from the airport, but I probably would not stay here again.

This is my go to hotel when in Columbus but lately the cleanliness has been seriously lacking. The past three stays I’ve had to request a different room due to the assigned room not being clean. Obvious food residue and trash from the previous stay were present. Along with hair on the floor, shower and bathroom sinks and food crumbles on the floor. The replacement rooms were doable but still underpar.

My room could use a deep cleaning. There was mold in the bathroom and refrigerator. The tables all had spill marks down them. The shower was cold for both a 9pm shower and 7am shower. Front desk person was nice and replaced the hair dryer from my room that was sparking while trying to use it at night! Breakfast was acceptable. Not alot of parking. Room was large, location convenient to Columbus downtown
