Fancy non functional hotel

My experience was not so great the bed sheets felt like plastic bags the shower curtain is non functional, the floor was flooded, the bolted to the wall soaps and shampoo dispenser was broken so I couldn’t even use the soap, the high tech use your card for everything is a bit much,

The property was really close to a lot of locations, so we walked to the vast majority of things we went to. If it was something a little too far for walking, it was a cheap and quick Uber ride away. We also enjoyed the gym and the 24/7 store they had.

We found small ants in one of the beds, trash can full and toilet paper holder loose and not holding the roll. Staff expressed real concern and corrected the situation. Thingshappen but it did not ruin our stay.

Great beds! The first room had an odor, so I had to change rooms; the second one way fine. They need to switch to Coke products. Lastly, the default hotel channel that is playing when you enter the room has inappropriate material on it--not okay.

Stayed for the Flying Pig marathon and worked out great! Everything is within walking distance and parking garage just up the block. Property was very clean but the front desk man was a little cold but gave me a late check out because I was running in the race which helped a great deal.

Very nice hotel. Great location with plenty of restaurants and activities within walking distance. There is just a lot of construction in progress in the immediate area outside the hotel...nothing you can do about this. I think it will be an exceptional hotel once the various external construction projects are complete.

Marathon visit.

We were in Cincinnati for the Marathon. The hotel allowed us to check out at 1 instead of 11 which gave our marathon participant the opportunity to take a shower & get some needed rest. However for the price it wasn't that nice. We hated the shower controls and there was absolutely no counter space to put our toiletries.
