Nice but room wasn’t clean

Hotel is nice but my room wasn’t clean. The shower gel was empty and the small body lotion amenity was half used and just left by the last person. Because of that only being half-cleaned, it made me wonder about the sheets on the bed and if they had truly been changed between customers.

Visited Family. Stayed at Hyatt Regency Cincinnati. Excellent downtown Cincinnati hotel, nearby stadium, restaurants and shopping. 2 Minute Walk to Fountain Square. Hotel is beautiful and the staff are outstanding. Great family pool, clean and plenty of swimming towels. Valet parking available. In Lobby vast area of seating and market store selling bathroom essentials, fresh coffee, breakfast sandwiches and fresh pizza, deserts and gifts. Huge restaurant on property. Only downsize was the bedding, felt cold in sheets asked for extra blanket, but the rooms are elegant and spotless, beautiful relaxing quiet room, everyday clean towels and sheets and bed made room cleaned lovely staff. Safe in room and fridge, free coffee and water. 5 STARS Thank you for making my stay so very special.

Amazing stay!

Hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Restaurant and marketplace were wonderful and convenient. Deidre at the front desk and Antionette in the Marketplace area were so friendly and helpful. The valet guys, Grayson, Quentin, and Hakim were great. My mother and I had a terrific experience!

First of all this hotel does not have a skywalk to their hotel you have to park across the street or use their valet. A really busy street not even a crosswalk or anything. if you're not there at a direct time and you leave the parking garage you have to pay for your time you spent even for 20 minutes pay 8.50. then I asked if they had parking voucher and they told me no that they did not have any .then I showed up a little bit before time was told that they would call me let me know when my room was wet ready. Never got a call before check in . Got back to the motel at 4:00 when my room was still not ready almost. 5:00 room was still not ready . lady behind the desk very helpful helped us with a voucher to the restaurant while we waited . Still had a family of 4 trying to get ready and go out for labor day fireworks . Obce we got our room it wasthe very tiny the swimming pool is very tiny. The amount you have to pay is not worth the stay at the hyatt. Parking room availability swimming pool the whole 9 I give this hotel a 2.

The hotel was great, I normally stay across the river but decided to stay here, the pool was great and warm. No real complaints.
