Clean, OTR neighborhood easily accessible via either connector trolley or uber, can be walked but too hot while we were there. Also very close to the riverwalk, great for walking, running, or bike riding. Sleepy bee is a great choice for breakfast, avoided the hotel breakfast because of a very inefficient ordering system.

Deff staying again

Valet was super busy but was still respectful. Check in was super easy and got free breakfast vouchers for an overall amazing breakfast. Room was beautiful. Bathroom was a bit too small even for 1 person. Would deff stay here again. Also a market that’s open 24 hours.

We had a restful night at the Hyatt Regency in Cincinnati. However, the hotel is showing obvious signs of wear and tear on the room furniture, scuff marks on the wall, along with a rather aged shower/bathtub combo. While the lobby has a more pristine appearance, the room felt shabby due to above.

The hotel is clean and the rooms comfortable. Had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed it quite a lot. There was a problem with HVAC when I checked into my room, but it was immediately and appropriately addressed.

Property is downtown located next to both baseball and football stadiums. Plenty of food options in the area. There is construction next door occurring that was loud in the morning but not the hotels fault. Will stay again when revisiting.

We stayed during The Music Festival. Brandon checked us in and throughout the weekend was so friendly and helpful. He made our stay perfect. Jesse the bartender was also incredible. Good drinks and wonderful conversation. The room was comfortable with an awesome view of Union Terminal. The hotel staff was so accommodating and thoughtful. They knew ice would be needed throughout the hot weekend. They provided bags of ice. They also had cold bottles of water accessible at all times. They greeted guests returning from the concert with bottles of water. They had popcorn for snacks available. All of this was gratis. The valets were so friendly and were extremely busy with the deluge of guests and patrons parking their cars that weekend. I was very impressed with everything. The location of the hotel is great for exploring downtown, and the riverfront on both sides. Hats of to the Hyatt Regency. Job well done
