Not luxury but still good

Great location, close to everything. Self serve parking option is easy to get in and out of. Bar stays open late with a great bartender. We did not get the housekeeping service we expected, however, and had to request our own fresh towels one night. And the air conditioner was not up to par.

Not the best experience

They originally said we were on the 4th floor, so we went to the room and the key didn’t worked. Found out they actually put us on the 12th but then moved us to the 4th floor per our request. When we came back from our event, our keys didn’t work on our door, so we had to once again go back to the desk to get them rekeyed. When we dropped off our car for valet, the attendant drove off so fast in our car that it made the wheels squeal and made everyone look. The rooms doors our so thin that you hear everyone on the hallways. We’ll definitely not be staying at this hotel again when we come back next year.
