First Time in Cincy, welcoming city. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Hotel bar was good. Stayed here on our way to the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.

Great stay for great price

Check in was easy. The front desk staff was very nice. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was fantastic and the view was great. It’s close to the streetcar as well so there’s free access to all downtown offers. The only negative thing was that the elevator in the garage was out of order, which meant getting all the luggage up multiple flights of stairs.

I liked the room, it was very clean and comfortable. Wallpaper starting to come off in the bathroom was noticeable. Tried early check-in and that was not favorable. People I spoke to just weren't sure and not very polite. Person who checked up in was fabulous, professional and very lovely. Enjoyed our stay and would do it again. Thank you.

To start the parking at the hotel was horrible, there was none had to park a block away and carry the luggage, i reserved two rooms and asked for adjoining rooms ovwr a month before and king beds in both, we got double queen beds on the same floor. When we walked into our room the smell of Marijuana would knock you down and the temperature was 79 degrees it took 12 hrs to get it to 74. Beds sre horrible, the bathroom had something splattered on the floor beside the toilet, nasty knew there was no reason to ask for another room because i was told several times at check in they were sold-out. I was really disappointed to say the least, at over $200 per night x two for me, it was hard to swallow. Dont mind to pay for nice clean rooms and convenience but thats what I expect in return. Really disappointed and will not be returning ever. Go across the river and stay for less and get what you pay for.
