The room was nice and clean but the amenities are bad You have to pay for parking no microwave and no complimentary breakfast and it's confusing to get to your room overall I would rate it three stars to me it's just a standard room I would rather stay somewhere that's more convenient. Definitely not worth the price

There was a beautiful lady in the coffee shop that was absolutely over the top in customer service. She might be the kindest person that I have ever encountered in all of my travels. Her kindness really made a difference to me and my husband was also blown away. She is perfect!! I can't remember her name but may have been Jasmine but I could pick her beautiful face out in a crowd. Hope to see her when we return.

Absolutely fantastic experience - the customer service was some.of the best, and we travel extensively. In Cincinnati, I've stayed at the Cincinnatian, 21c, and the Hyatt. For location you can't beat the Westin across from Fountain Square. Note the building is shared with other businesses (including restaurants) that are part of the lower level. Around the corner is the best breakfast in Cincinnati, "Sleepy Bee" which is a short walk around the corner. This is the place to stay in Cincinnati - there is no doubt the right choice.
