Should not hold the Hyatt Name

This property is disgusting!! From the floors being nasty and gross. Elevators dirty. Public restrooms dirty, no paper towels. The room smells like smoke residue, showers are small and gross. Breakfast was horrible! Overall stay I just felt like I was in a back road motel. The staff was nice that was the only up side

The cleaning crew was at night, so the vacuum was going off at 11:30pm the first night. Front desk told us no one one was staying above us so we were wrong. Next night we get back after 10:30pm and the cleaners are vacuuming the hallways and rooms so it was definitely the cleaners the night before too. The pool was green and full of algae so it was closed. The bathroom had a gap of two inches between the tub faucet and wall. It was a large round hole. So water was getting in the wall. Probably a ton of mold behind there. But the people were nice and the neighborhood was good so it was okay enough. Not super clean and breakfast was kind of gross. I would not stay again but it wasn’t awful…

The staff I encountered were phenomenal. The girl at check in was very kind and literally carrying the entire hotel by herself, acting as front desk, housekeeping and barkeep, no complaints there, but she deserved a kudos. The lobby left much to be desired and shows its age, but was fine. The room too showed its age with mildew and obvious mold spores growing in the ceiling of the shower. It was clean and well kept so no complaints there. This seems to be an older Hyatt property that could use a good scrub down, but was comfortable enough for a few hours of shut eye.

Clean, spacious, convenient hotel

The room was good-sized and we were able to spread out a little bit and didn't feel cramped, even with all our luggage. The air conditioner was kind of loud with a clicking sound, but really that was the only complaint. Breakfast was ok, not great, but the hotel was clean and quiet and those are more important qualities to us.

We were doing a road trip and this hotel was 1 night of our stay. Before arriving I had called and talked to a front desk lady and informed her that we would be checking in late (we were driving 14 hours to make it there), she assured me that this would be no problem. Upon arriving the front desk person said that he wasn’t informed and had already charged me a no show fee. Then, he had me pay for a whole other room under the guise of it being my incidental fee…. It was not and my credit card statement shows this since incidentals fall off. I paid for this room TWICE because the person did not understand that I had already paid online before hand. Now I have to call and see if they will give me a refund considering I paid twice and only stayed in the hotel room for 6 hours….

Triple charged for one night stay.

I paid thru Hotels.com, but the hotel said they need to run my card. They then charged me two more times for the one night stay. I have called the hotel and they said a manager would call back. I will have my credit card company reverse the extra charges tomorrow if hotel management will not.
