The room is very comfortable and clean but the Graduate hotel lacks in other ways. Charging $20.00 for parking is not appreciated, having instant coffee in the room is not appreciated, they need to offer brewed coffee in the lobby before 7:00 am.

Everything about our stay was great! The staff was knowledgeable and extremely courteous, the room was super clean, and the decorum was awesome. I chose this hotel because it looked so kid-friendly. I think I enjoyed our stay more than my daughter did! This will definitely be our "go to" hotel when we are visiting Cincinnati!
