Everything was lovely except the noise. Beautiful hotel, rooms were lovely and clean, but there’s a lot of echo off of tall marble walls. Because of the pool and great location, plus the breakfast and included drinks and snacks at the Kick Back each evening, it’s a family-friendly place. But that also makes for a lot of noise in the hallways and from the open foyer. Elect for the higher floors-had we known we’d have paid the additional money. Barely slept unfortunately.

This is probably one of the coolest hotels I’ve stayed in. The complimentary perks (breakfast, dinner&drinks) are fantastic too. The staff was always courteous. Everything was clean and tidy! Would definitely stay again!!!

Everything was great except all corners and crevices along baseboards were dirty. Housekeeping needs to vacuum/clean areas where carpeting, tile or marble meets walls. It was the first thing we noticed upon entering. Closet has dust bunnies and cobwebs. Staff, service and amenities were terrific!

Staff were all kind and helpful. Food was great, location is wonderful. Beautiful grounds. The room was very dirty. Spilled drinks on the walls, old hair ties on the carpet, spilled shampoo and hair in tub floor, sticky substance on table, and room smelled a bit like food when we got there. Give your housekeeping more time to clean or give them more incentive—- do something— because we booked two rooms and both were dirty.

Huge room, clean, very friendly staff. Low water pressure in shower and toilets. Would love if hotels served bacon on weekends instead of sausage. $40/day valet was helpful but seemed to be a bother to one of the employees every time we needed to interact with him, he seemed flustered all the time, each day.
