We drove to Cleveland to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame — which was awesome, highly recommend. The Drury hotel is about a 10-minute walk downhill towards the lake to the museum. Valet parking was easy and worth every penny. When we wanted our car all I had to do was text valet about 10 minutes before I wanted it. I gave only 4 stars for staff and service because housekeeping did not service our room at all during our 2-night stay. We read a card in the room that said housekeeping services could be skipped upon request. Looks like we had the opposite happen to us. Valet staff were super friendly. The woman who checked us in late on a Saturday evening was absolutely wonderful. Our favorite staff member was the attendant who worked breakfast on Sunday morning was a delightfully happy person whose enthusiasm was infectious. The room was large as was the bathroom, and I raved about the shower - it was nothing fancy but the water pressure was great and the water was immediately hot. I would stay here again.

Drury Plaza is beautiful, in the center of the city and walkable to everywhere. They provide so many services to their customers..breakfast and a snack dinner at night. Love. Rooms are exceptional and private. Exceptional place to stay.
