Nice location, needs a facelift, decor is dark and tired, area overrun by bums, druggies and homeless including right outside of the hotel. Another large American city with a bad mayor with no leadership on crime. Hotel lobbies fix this please. The staff was excellent. It was walking distance to many of Cleveland’s attractions.

Not worth the price

The room describes two queen beds instead got two small fulls. For the price it was not worth it. The rooms were very small and not clean. The floors were dirty and unswept, hair on my pillow case that wasn’t mine and old sticky clumps next to the bed that looked like old bubblegum. Also they don’t mention there is no parking and to park there is an additional $40 a night.

All of the staff was exceptional! The night manager, Lane, was extremely helpful when our car broke down and we arrived 8 hrs behind schedule. The free breakfast was great, but the addition of the free limited buffet from 5:30-7:00, with 3 cocktails per person was EXCEPTIONAL! Our 1 play day there we walked to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame--we were there 4 hrs!! And we also toured the USS Cod Submarine.

Thrilled with our stay in Cleveland!

We enjoyed our time in Cleveland and our stay at the Drury Plaza hotel! We used their valet clear service without issue. We were able to check into our room when we arrived and found the room as described, clean and spacious. Nice views of the park and city scape behind us. Easy walks to Progressive Field and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Hotel provided a complimentary Taco Bar and 3 adult beverages/person. Popcorn and refreshments for everyone too. Basic, indoor pool and hot tub were also used.
