Very nice, clean & convenient to Lake Erie & Cedar Point. Expensive hotel already so my only complaint is they don't provide an in-room coffee maker so people have to go downstairs & buy from overpriced Starbucks on site. They also don't keep luggage racks in the lobby & you have to call a hotel porter & tip for help.

Checking in, the guy was appalled that we used expedia to book the room he also had a terrible attitude, asked if we wanted early access to the park and i asked for info on which rides that apllied too he said look it up online, we finally find the room and the keys dont work. Have to go back down to lobby and have the keys reprogrammed and i asked a different hotel worker if he has info for early rides he gave me a card with all the info

Check in process is awful. It takes too long. Don’t be full service at the front desk when people who don’t need tickets to everything just want their room keys. Go digital for check in. It’s 2025. One of the elevators in the west building apparently hasn’t been working in a year. Too expensive to stay there for them to not fix their issues.

Great amenities are the only reason to stay

The perks and location are why you stay here. Being able to walk into the park and take advantage of the hour of early entry is hard to beat. The hotel lobby and common areas are nicely appointed and were decorated for Halloween. The room though... I would put it a slight notch above a Motel 6 because the bed wasn't rock hard. Surfaces were not terribly clean and all of the seams of the bathtub insert were peeling badly. I would say the word that came to mind with the room was "cheap". The park has world class attractions but the Hotel Breakers is far from that standard.
