The property is beautiful and is walking distance to lots of restaurants. Parking is expensive at $50 per night, the restaurants in the hotel have limited service hours and most of the retail suites on the first and second floor are vacant. The rooms were clean, staff friendly and the place was quiet.

We used the vallet service for our vehicle...cost a littlenover 114 bucks for 3 days....totally worth it. The staff at the hotel was exceptional, always there to assist if needed and always pleasant. This place is old, so dont expect anything different. That being said, the reno that they have done is classy and comfortable. The old school esthetics is why we stayed here. Close to everything, the only annoyance we had was the amount of bums, begging everywhere. Clean that up Cleveland...no one wants someone perfectly healthy and able to work asking for your money, and multiple trys at that. I worked damn hard for my money, and have no problem helping the needy....these people are lazy con artists. Beyond that, great stay, service, and atmosphere!!

The building is a neat older building. You can hear a lot of noise outside. Our room was an odd configuration. The tv had a scratch all the way down it. It worked okay though. The bed had a flat sheet in place of a fitted sheet and there was not a duvet cover, it was another flat sheet. I mentioned it when we checked out because I didn’t want to get charged for a duvet cover and she said they don’t use them.
