This was an excellent place to stay. The staff were some of best I’ve encountered at any hotel, friendly, courteous and effective. We arrived on a Wednesday when they were having a weekly “social” so we were able to enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks (cheese, crackers, meatball sliders, Great Lakes beer on tap). The breakfast was also much better than anticipated and fresh unlike many hotels in this price bracket. This property would be top of the list if we visit Cleveland again.

Had a great stay here. Room (double bedroom/bath) was very spacious and nice. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Slept really well. No outside noise. The breakfast was incredible. So many choices, and it was all very good. The pool and Jacuzzi were great. It really was a great stay. Very highly recommended.
