Bed and couch stink so bad like they didn’t clean the room. The lobby has a smell!! I booked it for two nights I left the next morning!!! The man at the front desk is rude and unprofessional. I called down to ask for towels he said you have to come get them I said y'all don’t have housekeeping he said they gone tell you to come and get them too like???? Ew 0/10 NEVER AGAIN

Do not stay here unless you plan to bring your own towels. When my family went to shower I found no towels. When I went to the front desk for towels I was told the hotel has been sold out for two straight weeks and that there were no towels. The kid at the front desk further stated that, “this isn’t my fault.” I had to drive ten miles round trip to buy towels. I called the manager the following Monday and left a message, he has not returned my call. This hotel is awful, you have been warned.
