It’s very worn down. It was clear the bathroom shower had not been cleaned in a while as there was mold and brown stains on the grout. The gym and pool are closed for construction but there was no mention of that when booking, check in nor when I called ahead of time and spoke to someone on two separate occasions to confirm and ask about early check in. The ceiling crumbled in the area where the ice machine was and the restaurant/bar is appalling. The staff was at least very friendly and accommodated and early check in/late check out but that was the only positive about the stay. I would not recommend staying at this location and suggest booking at another hotel nearby.

I reached the property I had booked wheelchair accessible room from Expedia They said we do not have wheelchair accessible room available I said I have a booking they said Expedia is a third party site so we don’t confirm accessible room for them Then I asked them what are my options They said they will cancel at no charge I had to then hunt for new hotel nearby and find an accessible room Horrible experience , will not be booking from Expedia

I was there in May and the 2nd elevator was not working and when I returned in August is was still out of order. The pool was also not accessible, which was a disappointment as well. In my room there were 2 light bulbs that were out and I did not have the standard suitcase rack in the room for my luggage. We called for housekeeping and no one was available.lastly, there was no light over my sink in the bedroom.

The pool was advertised to be open but it wasn't. A major cable upgrade rendered the TV inoperable for the two days I stayed but no one said anything upon check in. I shortened my stay by three days.

I booked the reservation specifically because I have been there previously and enjoyed my stay immensely. My issue is that when I booked online on the website, I was not told that there was renovations happening. Myself and my wife were looking forward to the pool which at check in was told that was closed, which was not shown on the website. Although we were given a pass to go swim at a gym down the road, I feel that was an inconvenience for me because there's no telling the circumstances surrounding that facility. Plus, we would have to drive down the road etc...then return which is a major inconvenience. Also, elevator was down. Major inconvenience. Overall the best part was the room but we picked Embassy because of amenities and that wasn't present this stay. I feel like because of those things some sort of discount etc...should have been presented or offered. If not even that night in the future. Respectfully

This is the second time in a month staying here. The first time the air in the room didnt work. This time a/c barely works, the phone in the room didnt work. The tv didnt work in either room, it said weak signal. I left the room at 6am , told the desk clerk he wrote it down, and said it would be fixed when i returned. I git back to the room at 5pm, the phone still doesnt wirk. The tv still doesnt work, and the room had never been cleaned. I told the desk clerk, she said she could try to get someone to fix the phone. And the tvs didnt work in almost all of the rooms. This is unbelievable. All the manager needs to do is have directtv boost the signal, simple fix, and phone didnt work when i left. I wint stay here again. And wouldnt recommend it. I got the room down to 71 by closing off the rooms. Setting the thermostat on 60, and had to put the fan on continuous high. Not comfortable.

The beds were too small. No vent in the bathroom, water was dripping from the ceiling when you took a bath or shower. Which made the floor very slipper. Pool and computer room out of service. The room key would not work for the back door.

Bathroom not very clean and nothing else seemed particularly clean either. Room sleeps 5 but there were only 4 bath towels. And the worst was having my granddaughter finding a used condom on the floor next to the bed she was sleeping in! I have never stayed in such a gross hotel! Will not be going back there and now rethinking about keeping my Hilton Honors status.

I've stayed at other Embassy Suites before, and I was very disappointed with this one. Funiture looked old and not in good shape. The mattress on the pullout sofa looked disgusting, and stained, it looked like food splatters on lamp shade They had a restaurant there on premises and it wasn't available. Had to go out and find a restaurant for dinner.. They had a gym that wasn't available as well. I am handicapped and asked for handicapped accessible bathroom. They had grab bars for bathtub, but no shower chair to use. When asked, they said one should be in bathroom. They were told it wasn't, they informed me there were no more because they were broken. I really feel they should offer me some of my money back from this experience. I will not recommend this Embassy Suites to anyone visiting the Cleveland area.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in different locations, but recently my experience has been disappointing. In April, I visited the one in Chicago and was hustled out of my $85 deposit! I can’t afford to lose money like that. They kept saying the deposit was sent back, but I never received it. Then, I stayed at the location in Beechwood and had the same issue, this time losing a $50 deposit! I want my deposits back! I haven't made much noise about this yet, but I am ready to. The staff in Chicago was great, while the service in Beechwood was just average—not something to brag about. The highlight of my visits was the breakfast and the bar; they did a fantastic job there. However, I will likely take my business elsewhere if this continues, as I feel like I'm being scammed out of my deposits for no reason! No parties, noise, not left dirty.. Nothing! just my daughter and I..!! I want answers!!
