We really like this hotel / second visit. Close to Case Western, clean and updated, amazing lobby, great staff and breakfast, rooms large and comfortable

Service was awful. Shelves in lobby with food items to purchase were half empty. Shades in the room did not work so we were switched to another room and the shade in the second room did not work either. Housekeeping did not make our beds or put trash bags on the trash cans. Housekeeping did nothing but add towels.

Honestly the hotel was well kept and very clean but the staff were just ignorant and wouldn't even give you the time of day. They wouldn't even acknowledge you. They really seemed like they had zero desire to even do their job, and couldn't even fake it to make it less uncomfortable for guest.
