The woman who checked me in couldn't have been nicer! She helped get me settled for an early check in and helped me navigate the shuttle from the airport as well. I liked the retro bone of my room. Would choose to stay here again.

My go to at the Cleveland airport

The airport shuttle driver is a gem. He picked me up at 10 PM and got me there right away. The breakfast is also really excellent. Customer service is amazing.

Nice but noisey

The HVAC system is so loud!! It woke me several times during the night. The window shade was broken and could not be opened. But the room Was very clean and so was the bathroom. Nice greeting upon arrival. Felt welcomed but please fix hvac noise

Hotel is a repurposed office building, but they have done a good job . Room was very nice and had a seperate tv room. Clean room, microwave and fridge. Free breakfast

Room noise

Very pleased with our second stay here. Loved the suite layout. Very practical. Only problem was the room noise. Banging of the HVAC system all night, toilet bubbling a few times. No noise problem from the outside highway and airport.

The Orbit hotel

We came for a family wedding at the Aviator and decided to stay at the Orbit. This hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and the location is very convenient. Close to the airport and the Aviator.

It was so so loud. The heater woke me up all night. People walking through the halls filtered into the room. The walls are thin and there are no carpets so everything just echos.
