Why this property didn’t get a better review was because I paid over $50 to valet park. After the big snow in the morning I waited over 20 minutes to be told my car was ready. I went outside and my car was parked almost in the street instead of a garage. It was not started or wiped off. They expected me to clean off my car that they didn’t even really park and I got charged.

We enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was great. We booked a suite and it was super nice. Plenty of room, really great views of Playhouse Square, including the chandelier! The room was clean and very comfortable. We sat at the bar and had drinks and an appetizer. The wait staff did a great job - everyone seemed happy and the vibe was inviting. The drinks were really good too! The Crowne Plaza is the place to stay when experiencing Playhouse Square. All the theaters are five mins away. Our dinner location (Centro) was the same - just five mins away. Valet parking made it very easy and convenient.

It was fine. Beds were comfortable. Wasn't told about the $50/night refundable fee so was surprised to see the pending charge on my credit card was $100 more than my original rate. Water pressure was lacking and breakfast wasn't great.
