Dirty and in disrepair. The floor near the doorway entry to the room was sticky, and the bathroom sink drained so slowly that it was barely possible to brush one's teeth without the water overflowing. When guest services was called to report the sink problem, nobody ever showed to assess and/or address the problem. The only nice things I have to say is that the front desk staff were helpful and the location is great.

It was very convenient and walkable to get around downtown. The cleaning staff do not completely clean my room when i was there. They just changed the towels and emptied the trash.

The property is in a good location and as such the hotel is in high demand. However the property is on desperate need of a complete refurbishment. Furniture is torn and worn out and maintenance lacking.

Upon arrival I was informed that since I waited to check in till 3am my king room was not available any longer and had to take a different room! Then starting at 5 am there was some kind of music or base playing all morning till I gave up and left!!!

Great Location for a Quick Cleveland Visit

Due to a very delayed flight, we arrived extremely late, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Great location and comfortable

Room appeared clean We wipe and ‘sanitize’ any hotel room we occupy. There was a sock still on the floor in the room. We left it on the floor during our stay. The bathroom was renovated which was nice. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The room attendants were helpful and super sweet.
