Room as average. Clean, nothing too special, just adequate. Bar staff for early evening spent most of the time complaining about life in general, about being busy.. was annoying. Felt the need to complain about customers and just about everything… while we sat and smiled. Breakfast was outstanding, great service. Location is outstanding to downtown Cleveland. Parking garage was definitely not built for a truck or larger SUV…very tight turns all throughout. Hotel desk staff was very nice, professional, and helpful.

The shower could not regulate between hot and cold and would go from the extremes without warning. Furnace would not keep temperature. Toilet valve would run on and off all night.
