Room was beautiful. Staff was great. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because the water was so hot it was hard to take a shower and the cold didnt work,but im a guy and I dont do really hot water. My wife loved it tho

Room was dirty especially near and under the bed. The toilet kept running throughout our entire stay. The elevators were dirty and parking lot is horrible. People do not know how to park nor how to act civilized in public. Need better management.
