The staff was so friendly and efficient! We had an issue with our thermostat, and we had a new one put in by the kindest maintenance worker within 45 minutes of our call. I really hope Camerae is in the lobby when you arrive or leave! He made our weekend, making us feel truly valued. If we return to Cleveland, this is where we'll be staying!

There was no housekeeping, although it was expected to be every other day. The elevator broke both days and we found ourselves stuck on it twice. Staff was not helpful with the situation. The manager had to interview.

Not that great

The outside of the hotel and the lobby are beautiful. The rooms aren't that great. The bed was lumpy and the bottom mattress sheet was dirty. Couldn't control my AC. The doors are hollow. You can hear everything in the hallway including housekeeping cleaning/talking at all hours of the morning/afternoon. Doors slam shut and shake the whole room. I heard someone stomping upstairs, above my room, around midnight. I wouldn't stay here again.
