The indoor pool was freezing cold so we were not able to use it. There was trash under the beds and the floor was not clean at all so it was kinda hard for our toddler to play on the floor. The kuering was broken. The service desk was very friendly and the waitress at the restaurant was fantastic!

Don’t stay here

There was no wash cloths our whole stay. There was a DV incident when we came in that all the workers just kept looking the other way. If you actually want to sleep don’t stay here. It’s a party place and not worth your money. We had to call on more than one occasion every night we was there to have people quite down and nothing was done any of the times. They have a pool but it is small and no towels anytime we went. I would not say this place is child friendly. $19 dollars a person to eat breakfast (go to McDonald’s down the road) our room was horrible. Run down, torn up, and very unclean. And all the hidden fees was a bit much. They have parking but you have to pay extra for it when you can’t get in or out of because it’s broken like everything else in this hotel. Hotels.com didn’t say anything about the hidden fees that we were hit with once we checked in. If we could have left and got a room else where short notice we would have. Our last night we stayed was so bad we ended up staying in our car and felt safer!

While the staff truly tried to accommodate and give great service, the rooms smelled, were not cleaned properly, abd had gunk, grit, and filth. The building is in disrepair, needs to be updated etc. Our toilet like many others messed up and was told there is no maintenance to fix it

Parking lot was awful took forever to get to park. Oool was dirty hot tub stunk. Refrigerator in room was so loud had to unplug it to sleep. Not a great place.

Not a good experience. They only had one person at the front desk at check-in time . There was a long line to check in and to park. The parking lot had trash around it and it wasn’t set up well. The room was clean, but the bathroom was not. The toilet was leaking, and there was dried gunk in the shower wall that clearly was not cleaned.

Filtered search for “parking included in the price” brought up this hotel, but parking was not included in the price; it was added on prior to checkout. I stopped by the desk to tell them the shower gel was empty and the heating unit was as loud as someone starting a car; they told me to come back to the desk later on my way back in (why later?). When I came back they had one person working the desk and a line of more than a dozen people waiting (which was the case all weekend) so I gave up. Half of the elevators were closed for repair. Room was not clean: whitish stains on the dresser and red stain on the wall. Avoid this place.
