Every day they serve much more than a continental breakfast and a full dinner buffet. Free fountain pop, coffee and popcorn available 24/7 in the lobby. Also included with your stay is each adult gets a free drink at the bar for every day you stay (two adults staying three days, get six free drink cards). The kids loved the pool! The pool goes from inside to outside and is heated. There is also a hot tub. Overall the staff is very friendly, except the black man with braids. He honestly acts like he hates his job and there just wasn't anything friendly about him. My biggest complaint is I did not pick, nor pay for an accessible room. I reserved my room three weeks in advance and even called to confirm the closer the time came. I picked a regular two queen room and that is what I paid for. When I arrived I was informed they were sold out. I do not like the layout of accessible rooms. The hotel is getting a little dated, but it is clean. The beds are pretty firm, that's is up to you if like firm beds or not. House keepers should be looking under beds.

Great for families!

The room is as very comfortable and clean. There was plenty of bedding and pillows in the closet to use for the pull out bed. The kids said it was comfortable. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice. The breakfast was always great and they never let any of the pans run empty. The kick back was very nice as well. Parking woes

Always live a Drury stay. Big problem this time: two nights we came back to find every single parking spot filled, had to drive around and park in a different lot and walk. TWICE. Multiple spaces taken up by box trucks and semi trucks parked sideways. Complained at desk and was told ‘it happens a lot- but many trucks have 4 people in them so it’s okay if they take up 4 spots’ Hard to keep a straight face at this. Drury, you need to look into this. If your bookings promise free parking, that shouldn’t mean I get to park behind a Longhorn and walk over a grassy hill to get there. TWICE

Walls were thin enough that if anyone spoke in the hall outside our room even in a whisper, we could hear it. The hot tub was great, as were the drinks at the 5:30 kickback. Breakfast was great as well.

We called ahead notifying of a late arrival and were told " no problem". When we arrived at 1:00 am we were one of three reservations for which they had no room available! They said OTA's overbooked the hotel. Malcolm was nice but situation is unacceptable! Was offered comp room at "possible hotel 30 min away". We were on the road already for 7 hours. We booked at another hotel next door and received excellent service. Orbitz or Drury really messed this one up!!!!!!!!!

Employees were great and welcoming! Kids loved the pool! Free breakfast and kickback was a great perk and food was delicious! Free drinks were a nice perk for the adults. Overall had a really nice experience! Can not say enough good things! Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Lots of things to do close by with an easy commute. We did the zoo one day, and Lego Land the next day. I wish we had more time to get through all the places to eat we wanted to try! Will definitely be back!

Needed more staff at check in. The lady was very nice but was waiting on 3 customer at the same time. The other staff must have been new seemed like he wasn’t sure on checking in . She was wonderful but I feel one more person would have moved things faster

The staff here were sooo friendly. I dropped my phone in a storm drain and they went above and beyond and managed to get my phone out. They were all friendly and compassionate!! The hotel was clean and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. Everything was 15 minutes away. Highly highly recommended!
