The staff was great and welcoming; however, the facility and room conditions are poor! There were spider webs, poor room locks on the doors, and the whole set-up felt like an OLD apartment complex??? It is NOT appearing like the pictures..not even by any stretch of the imagination.

Good Customer Service, easy to find, the room was great. Comfortable bed, I love the fireplace, the room was nice and clean. It actually felt like a little apartment. I like the separate front door entrance. I was on the first floor,, i see it could it get easily noisy if i had someone busy above me. I could hear them in their bathroom and the water when running only down fall. But I would definitely stay again!

Upon check in around 10pm, the front desk mentioned they couldn't find our reservation, even though we had confirmation from hotels.com. The staff from hotels.com mentioned there was no room available for the stay, while the front desk mentioned there is technically room but they would have to be charging way more than what we originally booked for. Not exactly sure which party was at fault, but ultimately, after an hour of going back and forth between hotels.com and the hotel front desk, we decided to leave and had to find another accommodation else where for our stay.

I liked the set up of my unit. It was convenient and comfortable. I liked the bathroom in each bedroom. The carpet was stained and the bathroom in one room had a slow draining issue in the tub and the kitchen sink had a leak when washing the dishes. Other than that it was cool.

The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood, but that’s the only thing beautiful about this place. The pictures don’t match what you’re getting and are very misleading. The images don’t show that your hotel has exterior entrances, which is not what I wanted. Walking up to our room there was nothing but cigarette buds everywhere. Once we got in, there was a weird smell to the room, but we didn’t think anything of it. We walk inside and the maintenance of our room was very poorly done. There were stains all throughout the carpet. Burn marks on the furniture, and the bathroom door barely closed. To make matters worse, there was no cold water in the shower so the water was scalding hot. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was completely covered in dust. There also wasn’t a down comforter on the bed like most hotels, but what looked like a sheet with a slightly bigger sheet. I would not stay again nor recommend this place to anyone.

The room is clean. It is the outside of the filter… The stairs to my unit are terrible. They need to be fixed.

Mold infested and smelled so strongly. The floors were covered in black dirt and mold and the bath mat was black after 1 shower, after being placed on the floor. Our feet were always black and when we took a shower, black soot ran down the drain and chunks of black mold. Weird messes splattered on the curtains and weird opening in the wall that wouldnt close and it was dusty damp and disgusting.
