Close to Stadium

It’s in a convenient location in downtown close to the stadium. It was very loud outside. Do not valet there! It took them 1 hour to bring my car and it wasn’t during a game.

The Valet was HORRIBLE- I waited for 45 min to have my car checked in. When I left I called as the sign stated at least 15 min- I requested my car 45 min before needed to leave. I went down to find 4 people waiting- over 30 min. We all went to ask @ the front desk, they stated they were contracted company, and there was nothing they could do. We waited and waited, several others came. My friend and many others had to get lifts for work, flights, and MD visits. I feel this MUST be addressed, I was late for work and many others had to pay more $ for Lifts. The valet price was already high @$50 and NO good service @ all. I will not stay there again unless the issue is resolved

The Hotel it self was nice and great location. Their Valet service leaves a lot to be desired. The employees were rude at dropoff . I felt as though I was a nuisance to the employee by using the valet service. Had to walk to my car and pick it up myself after a different employee was called in because the person at desk on Wed morning just up and left leaving car keys unlocked. The front lobby manager said the valet service was a separate business from the hotel so basically there was nothing she could do. Overall, the hotel was nice but the valet was terrible.

The room did not match the picture of the room when the room was booked. There was not enough furniture for 2 people to have a place to sit. The picture showed a large couch. There was one chair (besides the desk chair).

Anniversary night

We came to Ohio to attend a Cleveland Guardians game for our 53rd anniversary. Staying at this hotel made everything so easy for us. Unloading and then parking in the parking garage directly across from the hotel. Michael who checked me in was so kind and friendly. We were 4 minutes from the stadium and was able to walk to and from the game. Breakfast in their restaurant was good the the waitress friendly and efficient. Checking out was easy and loading the car was no problem. Would definitely use this hotel again if we come in for another game.

The hotel is wonderful. The location is perfect for walking around Cleveland with shops, bars, restaurants, the stadium - everything is very walkable and near. The bed was VERY comfortable. Not a perfect 5 because when I asked about parking (specifically the garage across the street) the front desk person said, "Its ridiculously expensive. No bueno." Long story short - I paid WAY too much for parking only to find out that the garage I inquired about was EXTRAORDINARILY cheap!
