Hotels with Room Service in Dominican Republic

Very Nice resort! Food choices not so great but you can find something that is decedent for the time being. Everything else was phenomenal. Hibachi was 10/10.

I can’t say enough about the staff. They’re very friendly and extremely helpful. I would say that’s the highlight of this facility - the genuine warmth that you feel from the staff. When you needed something they responded immediately and couldn’t be more kind. My husband enjoyed the food but i was a bit picky. For me I felt the restaurant food for evening meals was fresher and tastier than the buffet. What did bother me, perhaps i’m just smell sensitive, was the odor in the air and in the sink water. I understand a lot of these resorts have their own septic system. For me, this smell bothered me all week and because of that i will not be returning which is too bad. The facility is nicely landscaped and all is very clean but i couldn’t deal with the odor.

My sister and I enjoyed our time in Punta Cana. The beach was clean, crystal clear and the resort takes pride in keeping it algae free or clear. The food was great and restaurants had a great variety of food. Due to the weather in the states, we missed our first night and the resort was generous to upgrade us to a walk out pool. Thank you!
