I came here for my 26th birthday and it was one of the best trips I’ve ever been on. The food was amazing with so many options, including vegan choices, and the drinks were just as great. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful anytime I had a question, they never hesitated to assist. Our rooms were cleaned daily, and the entire resort was well kept. What I really appreciated was the guest services area where you can book excursions right on-site. It made planning activities so easy and affordable without having to leave the resort to search for options. From start to finish, the service, food, and overall experience were excellent. I truly loved my visit and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway

Room was cleaned daily. Fridge one the room filled up daily. Towels sheets also changed daily. Service outside the room was excellent. Even after check out the service stayed the same as the day I walked in.

Me encanto era monomers vez pero las habitaciones en lo q respecta a limpieza tienen 0 para mi las sana as manchadas las toallas nos entreating la habitación sucia y le falta todo lo del minibar cosas Tuve q llamar para q hicieron un servicio cero calidad Pero por lo demas si me gusto mucho la piscina super limpia y la comida sabrosa es mi primera vez en Punta Cana pero creo q buscare otras opciones de hoteles,,, pero si quieres calma y pastels bien con tu pareja esta muy bien los dominicanos son muy servisiales y con propina en mano mas aun . Tienes mucha energía y se esfuerzam por atenderte y te sientes bien la comida muy rica pero en limpieza 000000 otra cosa en la reception del hotel creo q deben mejorar el proceso de entrada de los clientes piden mas firmas que en la Aduana datos que creo no deben pedir y puede q luego de ese papeles se demoren mas aun esta desorganizado eso la verdad

The property was beautiful, most of the staff were very nice, the beach was nice but the seaweed issues was a serious problem!! We were there for six days and got in the water once because the seaweed is nasty and smells really bad. The property tried to keep it clean but it was a losing cause. The room was ok but needed work, bathroom door wouldn’t shut, we left on a tour and came back to maintenance in the room, even with the do not disturb sign on the door. We mostly enjoyed the pool! Kind of weird that it’s the adults only resort and no swim up bar, yet they have a swim up bar on the palace side where kids are allowed. All in all we had a great time, I this property a 3.8 out of 5,
