Very nice resort. Entertainment limited if you did not like Spanish music. Micheal Jackson show great. Hard to find lounge chairs at pookas a third of them were reserved for a large group and remaibed empty for large periods of time Staff were very good and friendly. Need bigger trash cans in room and mini bar not stocked everyday unless you call guest services

Overall this was a great option for my wife and I along with our 4 year old son. We loved the pool and the beach, and our son loved the Pirate themed kids waterslide area. Food overall was good if you know where to look (the meat & seafood grilling stations at the buffet were the best part of the food). Staff was mostly friendly but some had a bit of an attitude when asking for things. Check-in was kind of a mess but eventually they got us a room after some confusion at first. The facilities were overall great, the room could maybe use an upgrade to make it a little more modern but overall everything was great.

The enternaiment staff at the Majestic Colonial were fabulous during our stay, the food was excellent, the only issue is the beds on the family side need updated badly.

We had an amazing vacation at the Majestic Colonial and would highly recommend. We traveled with two children (10 and 7) and it was family friendly while also being relaxing. The staff was incredibly friendly and everything was clean from the bathrooms to every dish we encountered. Amazing pool, gorgeous beach, and wonderful buffet and restaurants. The onsite excursion staff were very helpful. I made a mistake on timing and missed a trip and they went out of their way to get us on another.

The entertainment staff did a fabulous job including us throughout the week with daily activities and entertainment. Helped our teenagers have a trip they will never forget.

Overall, our stay was a great experience. The only hiccup was on day one, when check-in was very long, taking about 1–2 hours when previous experiences at other resorts only took a few minutes. When we arrived at our room, I noticed a clump of blonde hair on the shower walls (which, mind you, was odd since both my partner and I have black hair). However, after informing the cleaning staff, they quickly took care of it. From then on, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our butler was pretty accommodating and did his job very well and the food was pretty decent as well, lots of protein and wide range of fruits. I would also really recommend you upgrade to the colonial club if possible, we thought that it was very worth the extra $$!

The staff here was incredible. We met Mickey, Marlin and Victoria and have made friends for life! These people were so geniune and caring! The food was good and the entertainment was great! 10/10
