The food was excellent, the restaurant personnel very nice, the entertainment department need more training and better communication for some moments look boring. Front desk staff are not polite, we requested a late check out because my wife don’t feel well at the checkout moment, they refused, but a North American lady requested a late checkout and they approved immediately. I think it is a issue with the Latin people.

Loved the hotel stay at the elegance, our butler. Rafael was amazing, food was great. Rooms were very spacious. Outside of the resort in punta cana was very dirty with trash lining the streets. ( no fault of the hotels )

Cannot say enough good things about the staff at Majestic Elegance!!! From the moment you arrive, the staff has been amazing. From Lorenzo at the gym to Carlos at the morning buffet wait staff, to Stephany the Sea and See Buffet, to “Chocolate” from the pool fun coordinators, to ALL THE BAR STAFF!!! We will definitely be back next year!!!

We always come back to majestic, it’s always a great time, amazing staff, the rooms are clean, the pool is great with multiple bars throughout. THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! The restaurants always have great food including the buffets. The beach had some seaweed but that’s normal for this time of year and even though it’s not their fault they constantly clean it. They have always gone above and beyond to take care of us and meet our need. See you next year!!!

Overall the property was wonderful. Food options and service were great. What we did not like was: a misunderstanding regarding the adults only availability. We thought the hotel itself was adults only. We are older and like a quieter atmosphere. We could still hear the loud party music from the family pool at the adults only section and made reading difficult at times.

There were several food options. Peter, our Butler, was the best thing that could have happened to us..Outstanding service. The one drawback is they should have mini-cart transports from one end of the resort to the other. It can be a lot to walk in the heat for some people.
