Excellent if you looping for a peaceful hotel

This is just what we were looking for. It’s our 2nd time at the hotel and I would definitely recommend it. If you’re looking for a place to disconnect, rest and eat well, this is it.

The butler service was amazing. Very friendly and attentive He made sure that our time at the resort was special. He even made last minute dinner plans for our group of 10 who were celebrating birthdays and early retirement. Each room was decorated beautifully. The resort was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and the entertainment was good. We had a blast at the foam pool party. The food was pretty good. The whole experience was very excellent. service from

Everything was very nice, we needed to leave a day early for a family event but they didn’t refund and charged for the last day even though they cleaned up the room for the next guest.

Our stay was wonderful. We chose this resort after another family member stayed there, and we were not disappointed. The staff was incredible, in particular, our butler, Erickson, went about and beyond. Every single employee that we encountered was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment. I do wish that the bars had some type of menus available - that would definitely have been helpful. My only complaint was with other guests who "reserved" chairs on the beach but then either never showed up or were only there briefly, late in the afternoon.

This was my second time staying at Majestic Elegance, but my first long stay. The hotel is beautiful, the staff were amazing, the buffet staff, pool staff, and the beach staff were EXCELLENT. I highly recommend this Hotel. Victor and all the others by the swim up bar were amazing, very attentive of everyone, Miriam at the main buffet made my birthday stay memorable! Our personal concierge, Geraldine, was a sweetheart! She also made my birthday stay memorable! Overall, everything was SUPERB!
