Majestic Elegance is a beautiful resort with excellent service and a relaxing environment. The rooms, drinks, beach area, and overall atmosphere are truly amazing. Everything here is very well maintained and the staff is extremely helpful. The only thing that felt just okay was the food, especially the Italian restaurant, which didn’t taste very authentic. But overall, we still had a great experience and would definitely love to visit again.

Everything was as advertised. Pool personal, for activities, very nice, energetic and funny personal. The food was gret in all the restaurants. Definitely I will go back.

Shout out to the entertaiment crew. Everyone was great, Estephanie, Tutti Fruti, Barbie and everyone else. They made a huge difference. Also the cleaning crew was on point everyday. The buffet was great. I want to thank Anthony, Ezequiel, Rigoberto for their service.

Great hotel with excellent amenities and service. The beach was beautiful, and we only had one day with a bit of seaweed. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful property.

We have been loyal and repeat customers to the Majestic Resort family. This was our 4th visit to the Majestic Elegance. We booked the Elegance Club package and we did not receive that upon check-in. I check in you're supposed to be taken to the club check-in lounge. We were not. We were put in a separate room off to the side. We were then told in broken English that they had no rooms available in the club level and that they were still going to give us the club benefits. But our room would be in the regular section. We then waited 45 minutes for a butler to show up. The whole thing was very scattered and poorly organized. We were given a $200 credit to be used at the logo shop or the spa in way of apology for not having our room. When we are finally taken to our room, it was directly across from the main pool bar and was very loud. The only request we made was to have a quiet room. We immediately told our Butler that this was not acceptable and that we needed a quiet room as this was a quick vacation for rest and relaxation not partying. We were told that there was no options available and that she would check for us the next day. Everyday was the same story. Nope. We have no rooms available in the club level and we have no quieter rooms available for you. We also didn't have hot water in our tub. We were never acknowledged as repeat visitors. It's very discouraging when we have promoted and encouraged others to visit The Majestic Resorts in Punta Cana.

Lovely friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. We had a problem with our room on the first night which was resolved straight away the next morning. Lots of activities and a beautiful pool and soft sandy beach. Highly recommend this hotel.
