We STAY IN THE ADULTS ONLY MIRAGE CLUB!!!! Lets start with that!!! AWESOME!! Wouldnt want it any other way! The Majestic Mirage was awesome, always a great time when traveling to Punta Cana I wouldnt want to stay anywhere else here in the D.R. Roberto and his friends were great and very welcoming! They brought plenty of excitement everyday! They were full energy!! Everyone here treats you like family. For all inclusive hotel this is the place. Our Butler Arturo was phenomenal took care of every one of our needs was very attentive was constantly asking if we needed anything. Came looking for us when he didnt hear from us. He was there for every moment. Our bartender JUAN, which is in the adult only side was awesome. Talk about a guy that can work under pressure and get to everyone when serving drinks he is the true definition of hard worker very respected among everyone that he encounter. We are leaving and have already talked about coming back!!!!

Staff should have designated tables at buffets. There are so many checking in on one table and ignoring others. Took us 10-15 minutes to get a drink at sea side. Rooms are clean and well kept. Staff overall is friendly.

The property is beautiful and clean and the staff was wonderful and attentive. All of the food was delicious and there was so much variety. I enjoyed the shows and drinks and the restaurants were open early and late enough. 5 days was not enough time to enjoy all that the property has to offer and I wasn’t ready to leave. The shops had nice souvenirs that were reasonably priced and Arturo, our concierge with the Mirage club, helped to make my birthday vacation top tier. I liked being so close to the beach with so many options to lounge. The vendors on the beach were not overwhelming either. This will be a regular vacation spot for me.

We love how close it is to airport. Love the staff (Leonel, Noeami, Ana Marie & Elena the manager). Facilities are looking a little rundown and needs a refresher.

Everyone I meet was extremely nice and helpful,, is 5 start resort. I love the people that works on the restaurants the food was amazing, the boys from the 24hrs bar, the people to entretenimiento.. the mayordomo francisco, everyone there was just so nice..I definitely recommend and I will come back!!

"I recently spent 7 incredible nights at the Majestic Mirage, and I'm still pinching myself! The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for my husband and me. But the real highlights were the pool, the food, and the staff! The buffet restaurant was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to try. The weather was perfect, and the pool was my happy place. But what really made my stay special was the lovely people working at the hotel - they were friendly, attentive, and made sure I felt at home ( I would like to mention Álvaro, the butler who attended to my family and me, and Manuel and Johnny, who are part of the pool service; they were wonderful). The cleanliness and beauty of the hotel were also impressive. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, I highly recommend the Majestic Mirage. Can't wait to come back

I’m not one to leave reviews, but this resort deserves one. Visually this place is nice, but when you fill it up with people that obviously hate their jobs it leads to a poor experience for the customer. Just going to rattle off some things that we had trouble with: Customer service was horrible, nobody wanted to be there and I felt like a burden every time we asked for something. It would take 15-20 mins every time I would ask for a diet soda and always delivered to the table without a smile. I am 4 years sober and so I asked for all alcohol to be removed from our room on the first night and the “butler” never came and picked it up. The food here is abysmal. Everything is obviously frozen before preparation or is 1-3 days old. For a 5 star resort we were not expecting essentially shi**y bar food. This was honestly the worst of the issues I think, if we had full belly’s throughout the trip maybe it would have been bearable. I actually lost weight on the trip due to lack of not finishing my plate, which is not like me I assure you. There is nothing to do on this resort other than go to the beach. They put on a show every night in the beautiful outdoor theater and it is the most low budget performance I have seen. This resort seems like a huge cash grab to me. There are no local shops to buy at. We asked to be taken to the shops and we were taken to essentially a gas station full of commercialized souvenirs. Nothing is authentic. Not clean, worst money I’ve spent. EVER
