Second visit…

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and surprisingly quiet—perfect for a restful night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch. The food offered a great variety and quality, and the location made us feel like we were in a postcard. I highly recommend it.

Nos gusto los animadores Xavier, Chocolate y un muchacho flaquito que no rexordamos su nombre...excellente Los que menos nos guato fue que la piscina se matenia todo el tiempo caliente debido al jacuzzi generalizado en todo el area Debiera ser mas especifico eso ya que una piscina dene ser fria para los que quieran disfrutarlo. Majestic Mirage was absolutely beautiful. We went to relax and that is exactly what we did . Beach was beautiful and pools were clean. The staff was very helpful and our butler Alex was always checking in on us . Overall it was a great family trip.

We had a fantastic honeymoon at majestic mirage. All of the food was great. We liked the sushi and Italian the most. Felix the server gave us extraordinary service, and made sure that we had everything we needed. Yeral and Angel at the lobby bar made great drinks. My wife loved the chocolate martinis. We liked the spa so much we went back twice. We plan to come back!

My experience was amazing! They truly treat guests like they are at home and everyone is so welcoming. Wender was an amazing butler, I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about him. I would definitely recommend this resort to others!

We had an incredible stay at the Majestic Mirage. It was the definition of paradise. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with amazing hospitality from the staff. Our butler, Amable was absolutely fantastic! He made sure we were taken care of the whole trip, he even went above & beyond! It was my birthday during this stay & he went the extra mile to decorate the room for my birthday as a surprise! He was the definition of excellent! Other highlights of the trip were the staff members at the bars Ms. Ana & Rafi who made sure we had fantastic time at the pool. The amazing women at the coffee shop, Reno who took our pictures, I could go on & on about how fantastic our stay was. It is a must stay!!

The butler we had sucked! The food was not good and the elevator was out of service the whole time! When you order a well done steak it comes out raw! The buffet was not well stocked and food not the best!
