Outstanding service and communication. From Check-in to Check out. Our butler, Luis Batista, was very attentive, extremely kind and really went so far above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing honeymoon. He made the whole experience wonderful from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out. Very grateful for him and we will return because of his fantastic customer service and we will absolutely request him again. In general all of the staff were very friendly and everyone makes you feel like family.

While there was some issues with the room, they staff tried to get them fixed and make things right. Phone in the room didn’t work, paint chipping off our table on the patio, door to sky view patio didn’t lock right, light wire on the sky view patio was stripped, gave us a shock when using. Staff was wonderful, everyone always friendly. As for entertainment, there could be some more.

Our family of 4 had an incredible time here! The staff is all so friendly and wonderful. Our butler, Alejandro, made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us every day. Our two kids, 13 & 10, were entertained all day long! Pool and beach volleyball, pool activities, dance lessons, nightly show and music on the patio. They were never bored! And we felt safe letting them explore the grounds together. Food was delicious, so many options. It never felt crowded either, always a chair at the pool or beach, no need to rush down early to save a spot. We will definitely be back!

Checkin in took nearly 2 hours despite pre check in online prior. Gave us wrong room after over 2 hours of waiting. Restaurants especially sea side restaurant very stingy on serving juice/sodas. Food especially pastries were hard and days old. There were days were housekeeping didnt clean rooms despite door hang says to pls tidy room. Over all unpleasant experience.

The staff really make this a top vacation. We absolutely loved our time here. We had a swim up suite near the swim up bar and it was amazing. We will return! The seaweed was bad so we could swim in the ocean, but we did go during its prime season so that’s on us.

I booked a stay at Majestic Mirage in August 2025, lured by its glowing 9.1 rating on Expedia and the promise of an ocean view room in paradise. What I got instead was a masterclass in disappointment, wrapped in glossy marketing and hollow hospitality. The ordeal began before we even reached the resort. What should’ve been a smooth transfer turned into a two-hour shuffle between vans. each one hotter and more cramped than the last. Upon arrival, check-in demanded our passports while the clerk stood just feet away, unwilling to meet us halfway. It felt impersonal and unnecessarily rigid. The resort’s disregard for basic guest comfort continued throughout our stay. Afterwards, we were asked to take a walking tour in 90-degree heat with our luggage in tow. That set the tone for what was to come. Despite hanging the “Do Not Disturb” sign, staff entered our room while we were sleeping.once to refill the fridge. That’s not service; that’s intrusion. The lack of respect for personal space was unsettling. The food was, frankly, trash. Bland, uninspired, and often poorly prepared. Most restaurants had the same food on the menu. The breakfast buffet was a low point, we saw a roach crawling near the serving area, and many cooks couldn’t manage a basic omelet. To make matters worse, the restaurants enforced a dress code that bordered on discriminatory. My wifes attire was repeatedly mistaken for beachwear, despite being perfectly appropriate. It felt judgmental and exhausting.

Pulling up to the property could use some love and care. I’m Dominican food lacked flavor, seasoning. A lot of hot dogs and pizza. Pasta was bland. The people who work there were great. The shows were cool. Housekeeping great. Elvis my butler was good also. I hated my room was so far from the bars far from the restaurants far from everything. Imagine being drunk legs tired from swimming all day and walking around now it’s 3am your leaving the disco club and u have 15 min walk back to your room smh diabolical. That was my fault tho I’ve visited over 4 resorts in different countries and this was my by far the largest. I should have did my research. Also room only had 2 settings cold and dry or warm and wet and humid.

The staff was amazing! Our butler Rosario did an outstanding job. All staff members were very courteous and willing to help out. The food was incredibly delicious, except the Italian restaurant that didn’t meet our expectations. Robert and Chocolate are great entertainers! The only complaint in our room ,the shower the water was not coming out strong enough and the jacuzzi the water was very slow coming out. The staff kept our room neat and tide. The hotel extended our check out time without extra charge to accommodate our needs. Thank you Rosario for coordinating everything. Great stay overall!!

My family and I enjoyed, just a couple suggestions, cleaning the pool furniture from time to time and cleaning the furniture in the dining areas, such as the pillow furniture other that the trip was amazing
