The property was absolutely gorgeous from the outside and the inside of the rooms. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely recommend and I would stay there again in the future. I hope they build a more Majestic resorts elsewhere

Food options were solid. Staff was great. Furniture and rooms need to be refreshed. Family pool is dated and clearly having issues with the pump as it was starting to develop algae like material. The family pool should be refurbished. Since we were happy with the drinks, food and staff this overcame some of the shortfalls but before returning updates are needed.

Loved the adult club side. The service was excellent, and the rooms was cleaned. The rooms has some wear and tear but they are cleaned. We had the swim up room which was very nice. The property is well kept.

The check-in experience was excessively prolonged, and when I finally made it to my room, I was greeted by a state of disarray that clearly required urgent attention. They had set up a hospital bed for my son, which I quickly had taken away given the room's shabby appearance. The air was thick with unpleasant odors akin to mildew, vinegar, and overpowering ammonia. I was told that no other rooms were available, which was completely unacceptable, forcing me to endure the foul smell throughout my stay. I was also frustrated to not receive the promised sparkling wine or resort credit. The toilets in the bathroom were barely operational, and the bed frames were in desperate need of replacement. Cleanliness was lacking, with dirt and debris visible, and the balcony was equally unkempt, littered with hair. The minibar was not restocked adequately, despite my numerous requests, and when I asked for fresh towels, they were not provided. After my son returned from the ocean covered in seaweed, I expected the shower to be cleaned the next day, but it was still in the same condition. The only redeeming feature was that the air conditioning worked. Things took a turn for the worse when the mobile air conditioning unit leaked water all over the floor. I informed Nicaury about the flooding, but no immediate help was offered, nor was there a thorough investigation until management finally showed up. I was a little disappointed this time around. Our air wasn't working at first and when they said they fixed it, it truly wasn't fixed because we could not control the temperature of the room and it became extremely cold in our room. We were told that they could give us extra blankets for the bed. I had to open the patio door to keep it from being unbearably cold which made the floors sweat and we had to be careful so that we didn't slip and fall. I was really disappointed with this. We dined at the Japanese restaurant which I was also disappointed with because the rice was under cooked which had it hard, and the meat was tough. The steak house was the best part of my trip to be honest. Our butler Leonel was awesome as well.

This was my second time at the property. I love the services overall, but more so the warm hospitality of the Dominican people; they ensure you feel like a king and queen. I highly recommend it.

Friendly staff, plenty of great options, and very clean! The team was always engaging and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We recommend arranging everything through your resort for the best experience. A special mention to Wilbert, our butler, he was outstanding and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended! This property is amazing. It’s well-structured and it’s very easy to get from one place to the other. The dining options are varied,and the food is really good. The drinks are also good,and I personally recommend the Stormy Space at Parrots Bar(the bar near the pool). The staff is always very friendly and always ready to help. I had a great time at the Majestic Mirage Punta Cana- definitely coming back!

The check-in process was excessively lengthy, and upon entering my room, I found it to be unkempt and in dire need of maintenance. They provided a hospital bed for my son, which I promptly had removed due to the room's dingy condition. The air was filled with unpleasant odors reminiscent of mildew, vinegar, and strong ammonia, and I was informed that no alternative rooms were available, which was utterly unacceptable. As a result, I had no choice but to endure the stench throughout my stay. The toilets in the room barely functioned, and the bed frames were in urgent need of replacement. The overall cleanliness was subpar, with dirt and debris evident, and the balcony outside was no better – it was also dirty and littered with hair. To make matters worse, the mobile air conditioning unit leaked water all over the floor. I received no immediate assistance to address the issue or even a proper investigation until management eventually arrived. The phone in the room didn't work, and there was no directory to contact guest services, which was quite absurd. During breakfast, I noticed that food was being handled without proper utensils, which was quite unsanitary. This place is in desperate need of a major upgrade. Trash was scattered throughout the property, and it should have been properly concealed from guests. The food was completely average and flies everywhere and this is by far not a 5 star resort and not worth the costs you will not get your moneys worth here.

The butler, Wilber Silvestre assigned to me was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel's facilities were convenient, and the beachside snack bar was especially praiseworthy. My wife and I stayed at several hotels during our fifth summer vacation to Punta Cana, but this hotel was the best. Thank you for your best services.

bed comfortable Michael butler excellent dirty 1st room which was upgraded lol 1st butler Fabio terrible at responding to my needs. no smart tv so i could not stream services and their cable is 480p only and mostly in Spanish so i was super bored in my room.

We had a fabulous 4 nights in a butler swim up suit and now am spoiled! Our Butler De Leon was absolutely wonderful and so helpful with every needed. The staff is so fun and helpful! Miguel was great fun at the shows. The dancers were phenomenal as were the singers. The food was great 😊 definitely recommend Majestic Mirage!
