The room was always cleaned twice a day the staff were amazing The best swim up room we have ever had was connected to the main pool with a swim up bar right there breakfast including room service was outstanding the sit down breakfast options were great at the restaurant and the buffets options were always on point

The room was clean. The staff was OK. The food was horrible. They can’t cook to save their lives. I will not come back here again. If the weather is not good there is nothing to do. It’s very boring. The shows are awful.

This is our home away from home after 13 visits to the Majestic resorts the Mirage is our favorite because of the staff. Leonel was our butler and was fantastic. Super Nelson and the other beach concierges Danoto and Victor made sure all our beach needs were met. Ana Marie and Noemi are simply the best. Waiter and waitresses Milqueya, Iliad and Jenny are first class. We had a couples massage and Mathy and Yohanna were great. Elana the GM checked in with us many times during our stay to make sure everything was good. The people are our second family

Breakfast was ok, we noticed it didn’t varied as much. Rooms were clean, but towards the end we found a cockroach in the bathroom and my wife got scared and i needed to kill it. Swim up bar was fine, staff were friendly.

This was our 5th visit to the Majestic since 2015. This time we stayed at the Mirage. It was absolutely beautiful! Our butler, Francisca, was amazing and saw to our every need!! The food was so delicious!! My 2 complaints are: that the hut for the water sports is right on the beach in the Adult section! What an eye sore, not to mention how it blocks the view. My other complaint was that the Seaside Restaurant was so incredibly hot, with no movement of air what so ever. It made eating there unbearable. Went for breakfast once and never went back! Other than that, it was marvelous!!!

Private jacuzzi room.. WONDERFUL! Highly recommend it!! Everything about this stay was great! My first time traveling nearing 50 and this did not disappoint!!! MY ONLY ISSUE with our stay was the lack of Dominican culture. I was so hoping to try different foods and there was only one night for Dominican night and it was very disappointing!! Our butler David was fantastic!!

Excellent resort, very nice room, well decorated, clean, good food options of restaurant, staff friendly, entertainment was good, some notes better than others. Prices at stores ridiculously high, resort is huge so you will do plenty of walking. Would I come back or recommend, YES
