Great place to spend a few days with family or friends! Fantastic amenities, loved the shows, right on the beach. Had a bunch of long skinny pools because there are so many swim out suites. Very easy to get beach chairs and beds are free, unlike most resorts. Food was mixed, but you can definitely find a variety of tasty stuff (they cooked us a meal by request). Not sure what we should’ve had our butler help with, but he was very communicative. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we loved having a private hot tub on our roof — that’s something I haven’t seen anywhere else.

The whole resort was very clean, almost spotless. The room’s were nice and modern beds were comfortable. The food was good and people are very friendly and of course the drinks were refreshing. Wilbur our Butler did a fantastic job for us.

Staff was very welcoming and kind as soon as we got there, Francisco was very attentive and welcoming as well. Bars were great, pools were great, beach was stunning. The only slight negative was the food quality but otherwise extremely happy with this trip and will definitely be returning.

The room was clean. Staff was professional and friendly. Food was delicious. Beach was gorgeous... sandy, warm water. Easy to get around the resort. You are able to visit shops at the other Majestic resorts.

The Majestic Mirage is as its name implies. It's Majestic!!! The room was clean and spacious with close access to the main lobby and beach areas. Our butler Alejandro and Nelson, a waitperson, were extremely helpful in fulfilling our needs. The food was very good with an abundance of quality seafood!!!

Rooms were spotless. Staff were second to none. Our butler ( Eduardo ) was great again this year. We felt the food was better this year than last year. The restaurant staff treated us like family. We couldn’t compliment them enough. The grounds and beaches were very clean and well kept. We plan on staying there again next year.

This was our second visit to the property and they did not disappoint. The staff at Mirage are amazing! Th We did have a small flood due to a slow floor drain in the shower. Our "butler" had it fix and cleaned up in the time it took us to eat dinner. Their fast response and clean-up made what could've seemed like a vacation disaster into a tiny inconvenience.

Staff, resort and grounds are all amazing. Truly a luxury, tropical experience. Rooms are large. Typical upkeep issues with a resort this large but overall it was great! Very clean. Food was hit or miss but some dishes were outstanding. Drinks were great and lot's of options. They say everyone is family and the staff really strives to make you feel that way!

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort was clean and the food was very good. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was because of our initial check-in. We reserved a rooftop room in the adults only section, but when we arrived, we were brought to a room without the rooftop. Our butler did a good job, trying to correct it but the only rooftop rooms they had available were in the family section. When we expressed our concerns, they told us we would stay there one night and move us to the adult section the next day. We were fine staying there one night and would have been either way because we are understanding people however the part that was frustrating was that we heard from other couples at the resort that they were upgraded at no extra charge to a rooftop room in the adult section the day before we arrived so essentially they were given the room that we had reserved leaving us in a room we didn’t book. Other than that, we had a great time and will definitely be back.
