My home away from home. Elvis is the absolute best and goes out of his way to make sure we’re happy (though we’re always happy at our home away from home) our room was decorated beautifully everyday, food is so good (do the chefs table at the French restaurant) already booking our next trip

Room had mold unfortunately, staff was hit or miss as usual some cared some didn’t, for butler services thought it was more direct but wasn’t. The food was okay nothing to brag about. Shows were good and nice to watch every night.

Amazing stay from the start. When we arrived we were placed in a 2 queen room, we booked a Kimg room, our butler Lizandro IMMEDIATELY got the problem resolved and we were put in am amazing room the following day. Every single restaurant and bar went above and beyond. Every staff member and a smile on their face and could immediately answer any questions we had. We did not utilize our butler much but he always stayed in touch in case we needed anything . The rooms were cleaned 2 times a day. We will definitely be booking again

I went for my birthday and this resort was the perfect place to be! The drinks were great, it wasn’t crowded, and the customer service from the staff was excellent. The tv only had 2 English speaking channels and didn’t offer a subtitles option. It would’ve been nice if the Netflix button worked for when we wanted to relax and recover from the night before. The food was good and there was a nice variety, but it wasn’t anything outstanding or worth bragging about. I would definitely go back.

Listing Pro’s and Cons: this was our second time at the Majestic Mirage. The first time was a 5 star, not so much this time, 4 years later. Pros: the staff. EVERYONE that works there is genuinely nice. They are true family people, and they treat you like family. They work many days and many hours, and still smile the whole time. Love the people of DR. The resort overall is great, but starting to get a little dated. I “heard” they are starting to renovate the rooms. The resort overall is very clean. The food is a 7 out of 10. Italian restaurant has a dress code of pants and closed shoes, and I felt on both trips, they had the worst food in the resort. My biggest cons, and the reason I will never go back, is my room had cockroaches. I know this can happen in a tropical location, but I can’t get past it. I saw a few each evening (so not infested) and when I complained, it took them a full day to “treat the room”. They did offer to switch rooms, but we were half way through of vacation, and had a swim up suite. After they “treated” the room, we continued to see several each evening, they told us they were crickets, but I took pics of them and put them into ChatGPT and google images, and both came back stating it was a German Cockroach. All in all, it is a great resort, but for $6,000 for 2 adults and 1 child for a week the place needs some updates (our room also had purple crayon colored on one of the doors and the curtains)
