This resort could be so much more!!! The staff are nothing short of amazing!!!! They are very caring and understanding! The beach the rooms, the pools the bars are well maintained also. The downside to this resort is not knowing what kind of room you book vs the room you get. We have been here other times and we are always put on the side with the service road and then 2 or 3 days later they want us to pack up and move to another room. This year we ended up in the family section with no kids! Last year I booked two rooms and ended up on completely opposite ends of the resort. Now this might be getting a little bit picky but we had two different blankets on our bed that contained large holes! Also the towel situation in the bathroom is very small and the towels are very old.

The entire staff are top-notch! Excellent customer service and so friendly! Alvaro was an amazing butler, making sure we had everything we needed, organizing a special birthday surprise and looking after us all week! I love the amenities and special touches at Majestic! A great value for a spectacular resort!

Majestic Mirage was great. The grounds and rooms are so clean and well kept! The staff is spectacular! Special shout out to Juan at the adult pool for making our stay amazing, Jonathan, Victor, Rafi, and Will are all amazing and of course our wonderful butler Fransisco! These folks work so hard to make everything perfect!

Staff is always excellent at the majestic Mirage, always very nice and helpful, I will Butler’s. Lionel and Elvis are outstanding, we have had them a number of years in a row and we wouldn’t want anybody else. They are so great. The resort is clean and neat.

Great stay! We got upgraded to the family suite and the food was lovely. The people and staff were also lovely! We travelled with my parents didn’t get the same experience though and they were put in a room super far from us. They also never got a tour of the resort (like what we did) and had to figure things out by themselves. Their room was okay too. Also, we did see a cockroach around the garbage area…. 😅

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I loved the room. You can spend all week on the resort and not run out of things to do. The food and drinks were great too!
