Excellent staff since check in, stay & check out, our concierge Lorenzo will check with us every day, made reservations for restaurant we wanted and spa service. All staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful. Animation team always bright and full of energy, Bea was very attentive and friendly with guests.

Our stay was amazing! Our Butler Bolivar checked in often made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We had amazing service at seaside for breakfast look for johan. The only time we had less than great service was at sports bar not very friendly but food is very good. Look for Gustavo and Victor they are both great bartenders!!!

Our stay at the Majestic Mirage was great overall! However, I will say that many of the food options left much to be desired. We quickly had to figure out which restaurants offered the most edible meals, as the Marketplace buffet was frequently a letdown in terms of food quality. Many items were either stale or improperly cooked—for example, the rice was so hard it could’ve chipped a tooth. The surf and turf was also disappointing; the fried shrimp were soggy, overly battered, and lacked crispness. This is a big disappointment considering it is an all-inclusive resort, guests will want to enjoy good food, and well... not so much. This was our fifth time staying at a Majestic Resort—we've been coming since 2010, alternating between the Majestic Elegance and the Majestic Mirage. We keep returning because we truly love the people, the service, and the beautiful setting. The staff treats you like family, and the resort grounds are very well maintained and stunning. Unfortunately, in all the years we've been coming, the food has consistently been the weakest part of the experience. The one exception is the Hibachi restaurant, which is reliably good—though we do wish they used a little less sauce. The other restaurants are hit or miss. On a positive note, the drinks have been consistently very good. I truly hope that one day they improve the food as I would be willing to visit much more frequently.

Vacation was amazing. Vladimir and Manuel, from the animation team were amazing with our group. Our butler Amible always was there to answer questions and book our dinner reservations. Spent more time at the pools because the seaweed was a bit crazy. All the staff were very friendly and we would return.

The resort was absolutely amazing. Many dining options and little snack bars to cure a craving. There were numerous bar around the resort so you can be left empty handed. Our butler Estevan was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly attentive and answered all of my questions. Would definitely come back and stay again!

We had a great experience at the Majestic Mirage. We met Osvaldo upon arrival, and he really went out of his way to ensure we received the best service and experience. The staff went above and beyond, including Joan, Anneurys, Joel, and Angel. Wouldn’t celebrate our anniversary any other way!

The property was beautiful! The room was very nice, however we did have to wait a bit before the room was ready which was no huge deal. This was our first time at this resort and when we arrived we felt a bit lost and did not receive a great tour or a great explanation on how to contact our butler and what to do until the room was ready. Our butler Cesar was fantastic. He showed us to our room and around the property which filled in a lot of the blanks. He also took care of all dinner reservations and helped schedule a golf tee time for us. He was very responsive and checked in occasionally. The beach was beautiful but it was very high seaweed time. There were also lots of vendors that kept coming back after we said no to buying anything which made it a bit difficult to relax, but overall the staff on the beach were great and helpful and the cabanas were well kept. The pool was amazing and we spent a ton of time in there. Overall the entire staff was amazing and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here and I think we will be back.
