They assign a person to you only for any needs you had, the food was amazing with many options to choose from, we loved the small cafe stand at the entrance of the buffet restaurant every morning, our assigned person Amable was like his name very nice, professional, respectful, we have vacationed in Punta Cana about 5 times but this is the best hotel by far!

From the moment you enter the lobby, the floors are squeaky clean and the staff is just so nice and accommodating. The dining options are wonderful. The pools are beautiful with quick and easy access to the beach as well. We had a wonderful time and couldn't have been more satisfied and happy!

This was our first trip to the D.R. and everything was great. Jeffery our butler was very helpful with anything we needed. Food options were wide and easy to make reservations for the 2 restaurants that needed them. Pools were great and the beach was amazing and well maintained. We will definitely be back soon.

Professional butler service. Staff was very polite and accommodating. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and the fridge was stocked. We had a wonderful time. Many different age groups.

All of the staff we encountered were incredible. Specifically Francis, who served us at the Italian, was one of the best servers I have had anywhere. Pedro with the entertainment team was delightful and all of the little extra activities the resort provided were so fun. We took home a beautiful necklace and a hat that the entertainment team helped us create. The entire resort was so clean. There were staff working round the clock to keep the grounds beautiful. The drinks and food were great! Zero complaints. We were a bit worried that we would have a few dud dinners but nothing was bad and especially the Italian restaraunt was fantastic. Overall, we had a great, relaxing vacation and it felt like the majestic had whatever we needed whenevsr we needed it, be it a calm relaxing pool in our private swim up or a super fun Circus show!

The staff was all about family and closeness while you were on the resort! The smiles that greeted me each time. Rooms were spot less after housekeeping was there. Our butler made it amazing experience by having anniversary decorations after we got back from excursion! The variety of food was amazing. American food to local cuisine!!! The pool was sooo clean even though being surrounded by plants. We will be back for sure!!!!
