We love everything about this resort! It is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The beach is amazing. The food is good and the staff is the absolute best. A special shout out to our Butler to Fransisco, and are fav bartenders - Cesar, Juan, Juan Carlos, and Edwin. Really amazing service!!

The staff was great! Our Butler Pablo Was amazing! He went above and beyond in everything he did. He did several great things for us that we did not even ask for. Juan the poolside bartender was awesome! Rocio a waiter also took amazing care of our group! He treated us like family. The food was great and the room was clean! Cant wait to return for our third visit!

The room was okay, I wish I had the option for my swim up to be pool side and not on an alley between resorts. Housekeeping was not good and they didn't even give our room any attention for at least one day of our stay. Our butler, Elvis, was very attentive and made a point to find us each day and answered all our questions.

We booked this trip last March 2025. We had our confirmation numbers, dates set. We followed our itinerary. When we get to the Majestic Mirage. They ask me the name of our reservation and I tell them. They cant find it. I show them our resevation dates Jan 12-18. I show them the confirmation numbers we have. We booked through Expedia and Expedias been guiding us through every early check in for those dates etc. We got there at 2:30pm. Check in isnt until 3pm so they tell us we need to wait 30 min ( Im thinking they found our reservation, we just cant check in yet.) I have 3 people come over and ask me when my trip was for. I show them again my dates, confirmation etc. I give them my phone with all the proof. Finally, one of the sweet girls at the front desk finds our reservation for FEB 12TH 2026. We booked 2x 2 double bed rooms, all inclusive. My mother and mother in law were sharing a room and my husband, daughter and I were sharing a room. After being treated like inconveniences for another 30 min. They offer us 2x king bed rooms and they'll bring in a mobile twin bed in the living area. I told them we need atleast 1 with 2 double beds for the mom and mother in law. Once again, treated like inconveniences..the guy found us 1 room with 2 doubles. Another 30 min later we waited for them to be cleaned. We paid a lot of money to be treated like that. We had everything right. Last night there, my moms room had a huge leak. I have pictures. This was Majestics fault not Expedia

Room was very clean. Staff was always friendly, except for a evening bartender at the Draft. He seemed annoyed with me because I came in late and wanted coffee. The lack of electrical outlets in the room was an issue. Not enough of them around the bed and the sinks.

The wait staff at all the restaurants were great, friendly, courteous, helpful. Rooms and all areas of the resort were spotless, Towel person always had a smile on his face. However, I cannot say the same thing about the Butler who was attentive but never carried through the important issues.
