Everything was extremely perfect. Food was delicious with selection of Everything!!! Drinks made to perfection with huge selection of different alcohol. Super friendly and helpful stuff from the guys cleaning beach to the supervisors in check in Lobby. We stayed in swim up room that was really nice and BIG - two rooms , 1 and 1/2 bath ,separate shower . We were extremely pleased with everything.

Wilber, our butler, was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond for us on several different occasions. Staff were very accommodating for the most part. We've been home a couple days-and already planning our next strip and asking for Wilber again! If you have the chance to interact or have him for your concierge, please get to know him and his backstory. Truly inspiring and greatly appreciated in the great work and caring he does.

My second stay. The grounds are very nice, the pools are great, lots of seating and shade at pool and beach, helpful and friendly staff, good restaurant options, lots of bars and fun drinks. Great price overall. Rooms are huge. Well stocked fridge with water, soda etc. I take one star away for the overall room condition. While they are big and comfy, many are in need of updating and sprucing even though they aren’t that old. But I appreciate that during both stays my rooms had two bathrooms, large double sinks, huge balcony, bathtubs and hot tubs….but they feel dated. If this doesn’t bother you, you will have a great vacation at a great price.

The room was great! Unfortunately, there wasn't alot of communication between the front desk and staff. I booked the platinum oasis experience that was offered by the resort. Amazing, how quickly they charge my card was about how fast everyone seem to forget that I paid for it or what it entailed. When I originally booked the oasis experience, they assured me it would be tied to my reservation. Upon arrival, I asked about it and it appeared noting was noted. It was a $700 extra, that surprisingly seemed to be "forgotten". I felt that if I didn't mention it, I probably would've gotten it. Also, they continued asking if it was a "excursion." I replied that it was a "experience" package that was offered by the resort. I will admit the massages that were great! Overall, the oasis experience is not worth it. Never got the beachside BBQ, turned down service and someone took out 2 bottles of champagne, while we were getting the massages!!!! Also, while checking out, they tried charging me AGAIN for a spa experience, because no one knew about the "oasis package"!!!!! Very frustrating and also ruined a Bday surprise.

Room was beautiful and kept spotless by staff. Resortwas immaculate. Staff go above and beyond to your needs. Butler (Pablo) has been our butler for many years and is considered our family. Special acknowledgement for restaurant greeters, AnnaMaria, Noemi, Olga and Dorcas. They are wonderful and are also considered family . The staff are the main reason why we keep returning to The Mirage. No complaints. We love it there and we love the staff. ❤️❤️❤️
