The food was amazing. The hotel had a great range of variety and high-quality foods from the various restaurants and buffets. The room was outstanding. Modern, clean, and spacious. I loved the gym and all the amenities. My only two negatives are that some of the customer service I received was poor. Some of the employees didn’t seem to care or were rude when asking for simple things, and booking the restaurants was tricky. Most of the time, they said they didn’t have any availability when there were empty tables. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay and definitely one of the favourite hotels I’ve visited.

The food was subpar getting reservations was not easy at the restaurants at the resort. Some of the staff was fantastic but others were not friendly at all.

The food is actually pretty good in the buffet restaurants in adult area and the French Restaurant was great except the waiting time is way too long. My mom and I had a great and relaxing vocation overall. My fav part of the hotel is the coffee shop in the lobby. I love the lattes and staffs are all very friendly!

Nice Vacation, but the Resort Needs Improvements. We had a very nice vacation, but there are definitely areas where the resort could improve. Upon arrival, we were greeted at the lobby, and check-in was very easy. However, since it was our first time visiting, it would have been helpful if the receptionist provided more details about the resort and its amenities. As Expedia VIP members, we received an upgraded room, which was a great perk. The room itself was spacious, modern, and had a stunning ocean view with everything we needed. The food, unfortunately, was mediocre. The buffets lacked variety, though the à la carte restaurants that required reservations were better—especially the gourmet one, which we enjoyed so much that we dined there twice. Entertainment was good, but the setup seemed like an afterthought. The stage did not have a backstage area, so performers had to change on chaise lounges, which felt unprofessional. One highlight was the white party on the family side of the resort—it was a lot of fun and worth checking out. The beach was beautiful, with calm waters that remained waist-deep even when walking far out. However, beach service was inconsistent. There was no designated place for used glassware, and by the evening, glasses were scattered everywhere with no one cleaning them up. Service throughout the resort was hit or miss. Some staff members were friendly, while others seemed indifferent.

This resort is not a party location. This adult’s only resort is gear towards an older generation 50s and older. Check in- 1/10– they didn’t explain or show us any Restaurant - the hibachi 10/10 Steak house was 5/10 It was super hard to get a reservation at restaurants I would not recommend

This was a great resort and a great trip although the food could have been better. The grounds are stunning the rooms are beautiful and spacious with comfortable beds. The pools were amazing and the drinks were even better. The food on the other hand was extremely bland and not very enjoyable. I expected more from such a gorgeous resort. 4/5 stars but could have been a 5/5 stars if the food was better.

We recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort and overall, I’d rate it 4 out of 5 stars. The property is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. Our room, a king bed with a sofa bed, swim-up balcony, and garden view, matched the description on Expedia, and I appreciated the overall cleanliness and condition of the resort. Unfortunately, I gave 3 stars for staff and service due to several issues. At check-in, there was confusion about our room, and we were initially given a different one with two queen beds. A staff member tried to claim “pool access” referred to the main pools, not the room type, but I insisted on the room I purchased. I overheard staff whispering in Spanish about a mix-up, and only after pushing did we get the correct room. We also struggled to secure dining reservations, as guest services were unhelpful unless we kept insisting. Additionally, when we needed transportation to the resort’s other side, the front desk initially refused, claiming no one could drive the golf cart. However, they later assisted another couple and only agreed to help us after we insisted. While the resort is beautiful and worth visiting, the customer service needs improvement. Staff should be more empathetic and accommodating to guests.
