The room was really nice. The bed was large and comfortable but the pillows could’ve been better. Housekeeping was polite and prompt. Wait staff was good overall. The food is the reason I didn’t give 4 stars. The warm food at the buffets lacked flavor. We ordered the burger and chicken nuggets at the Win bar and couldn’t eat the nuggets because they were rock hard and didn’t finish the burger because it was over cooked. The steakhouse was a big disappointment. My ribeye was thin and had to send it back because it was way overcooked. My wife got the salmon and that was overcooked. The Koi restaurant for dinner and las palapa for lunch were the only ones that we enjoyed.

The food can use a huge improvement. Only being able to reserve 3 nights for reservations seems rediculous when we are paying over 1k. Food at the buffet is poor and can use some work. Service also was not great only were nice if they knew u were gonna tip. Serving staff at buffet never checked on us and we always had to call them over to bring us water and coffee. Rooms were nice and views but facilités and food lacked hugely which was a let down

Resort was nice and bartenders were super friendly. However, lots of hidden fees. They don’t even pick up the phone to request a receipt, they charged me for several things and never even provided me with a receipt of what I paid for? Terrible customer service when it comes to requesting information regarding payments, won’t be returning due to this which is unfortunate.

The room and the property was beautiful. There were roaches, not outside roaches, at the buffet. I had a roach in my food. The staff didn’t show any compassion. I did not eat the 3 days I was there.
